Seems like everyone does these fancy ppl plplpl whatevers. Excuse my ignorance but am I doing it wrong? I still do the arms/legs/back/chest/shoulders. The same s**t i did when i was 20. Should i go read up on splits or is the old method still ok? I mean i know its ok but are there huge benifits...
