I deployed to Afghanistan on Op Herrick 4 in April 2006, my bodyweight was about 10/10.5 stone. I wasnt a gym user but did regular Army PT.

I have been doing some research on the 300 Spartan training. I found the program but cant find iformation on how often it should be done. Do any of you guys have expirience with this workout? Good results?
I will give it a try today at the gym
