I've been properly back into training since July after coming out of custody. I was 13 st 4 then and now I'm up 15st 2lbs. I'm looking trimmed apart from a bit podgy around the bottom of my stomach, which I'm finding it hard to lose. Has anyone got any recommendations that could help me? Thanks
