    When training my back should I retract my scapula? this is for rows, pull downs and chin-ups. Im thinking not as to allow a full rom.... please advise

    Yea yea I know it's funny, I should know this by now but is it upper or lower, I've always thought it was upper but recently saw online and they class it as lower. But on some sites it's classed as upper?

    At the moment when I am working out with the seated row, I try to keep my back straight rather than leaning in and then leaning back and pulling the weight. I wasn't sure which form would be the best. Any help would be grateful
