  1. Hi All, Newbie here hoping for some advice really... During my gym sessions last year, 30m before a work out I'd take prework out from myprotein, and found it gave me a boost.... anyway, I was chatting to a friend about diet, and he says he had oats in the morning for breakfast, with a scoop of protein powder and creatine powder also. I was goin gto do this, but is it alright to combine pre workout along with creatine, especially when preworkout lists creatine monohydrate as an ingredient? Thanks all
  2. Hello, I'm looking for a decent pre workout option for the Mrs. In the past she has used and enjoyed EAS T5's (Original Formula), and T5 Extreme (DMAA Formula post Eph ban). I can still aquire these products but ideally I'm looking for a less grey area item. Additionally, I worry about the negative effects these formulas may have on her. Something that will give her that pre workout buzz and motivation. It doesn't need to actually contribute to her weight loss - but she should feel the effects and believe that it is helping. Placebo style. There's some products MyProtein and Bulk Powders. Eg The Pre Workout, ThermoPure, Elevate etc. - any idea if these are suitable? Thanks in advance.
  3. Electrolytes

    Does anyone supplement with the above or have in the past? I picked up some electrolyte powder blend from a bulk supplier on offer, plan was to add approx 1.5g to my intraworkout shake to aid hydration etc. I sweat bad both in and out of the gym and my diet really lacks salt/sodium. Find myself thirsty all the time despite consuming lots of fluids. Wondering if it could help. Anyone using or has used? Costs about 3 pence a serving so hardly breaking bank to try.
  4. Hi guys. Would taking an oral such as halo, anadrol, superdrol solely as a pre-workout every so often: 1) Suppress natural test? 2) Impact blood-work results? I’m assuming no for both, but want to double-check. Cheers.
