In the past she has used and enjoyed EAS T5's (Original Formula), and T5 Extreme (DMAA Formula post Eph ban).

Im going to do a tbol cycle of 60mg ed for 4/6 weeks.
Im 30 this year and im not ashamed to say i want results and quickly. i know im quite lean and not carry alot of mass i dont want to be bulky, id rather just be cover model look.
Now i know im no where near my potential, ie. i could grow...
I was just wondering if its possible to pre-mix protein shakes for the following day?
say 1.5litres of water and 6 scoops?done with a blender?
It would make it easier for me at work and i wouldnt look so bad infront of customers shaking the pony out of a plastic tub lol

iv had a bad reaction to it but i love the results....heads wreaked lads...anyone want to share some ideas
PS iv tried 5 different types of NO so far but all the same side effect.

Iv currently been eating a brown breadsandwich with a chicken breast, low fat cheese and a slice of ham, about 1.30h before hitting the gym, just ti have some energy in me to lift weights.
Iv been told tho, as im actually looking to lose fat, to drop the bread altogether.
