I read an article recently that made a good case for your post workout meal needing to be carbohydrates, and simple ones, at that. I see lots of guys at the gym, using protien drinks, post workout. Can anyone shed light on this subject? As you can imagine, i'm somewhat confused.

week 1-10 TNT Mast @ 800mg per week (very good and painless will do this again)

Im new to the site but have been in training for a good 8 months now and have been looking into getting some M1T, have been reading up on it and it says to do in in cycles using a course or testosterone while using it and use PCT after you have finished a cycle of M1T but i dont understand what...
my training partner has just finjished a cycle but is feeling that bad that he is loosing the will to train , is this normal ? if so will it pass or is there deeper problems at work , he has been using test only , any advice guys would be much appriciated, and no pct has been used!!!!
