I have been training for 2 years put on 3 stone over that time
made some serious gains in terms of size im not fat
but i do have a constantly bloated looking stomach ,
i do cardio but not consistently...should i mix cardio
and my big workouts at the gym?
Or is there any supplements i could...
I am pretty much a beginner to body building, I started training 6 weeks ago on a general programme, I have noticed alot of big differences....arms bigger, more definition etc. All good stuff..but would like to get bigger and tone my chest and abs more. I consulted my fitness instuctor...
