Alright, new to forum as back training again after bit of time off and wanting to take my training serious after years of being a hard gym goer but not fully commited to diet and specific training regimes. Hopefully can find some guys from glasgow or thereabouts. Cheers.

I used to work out 3 days a week for several happy years, but i haven't worked out frequently until very recently since years ago!
