New user here as I've just signed up as I've come to a stage where I seriously need to make changes in life about my weight and fast as I'm piling on the pounds.
Basically about me;
I'm currently 22 years old, male and have done on/off strength/strongman training since being 14...
Just a little history about me and what brought me to this forum..
I've been very overweight most of my life and up till 18 months ago i weight in at 19st 8lbs at 6.1ft, im 37 and with that weight put me at high risk of heart and other problems so i started walking long distances to help...
