  1. Is using MK677 on a PCT a bad idea? After a beginner cycle of test e?
  2. As above. I run mk677 for 2 months. Started at 25mg pre bed first 6 weeks then 20mg. Tried a couple of day at 30-40 mg but tiredness was unreal so dropped it back to 20mg. I got pin and needles during run but didn't pay attention to it. Stopped mk677 two weeks ago pin and needles reduced but now got numb tip of fingers. Not completely, but it is there. Also I do get electric shocks in my hands sometimes. Is this something serious ?
  3. Hi guys, so I did I pretty useless log on MK677 a few years ago, and now I'm back, I overcame the fear of the needle, and have been re-educated on facts through experience. I'm no longer terrified of going insane with rage from steroids.. I did my first cycle of testosterone propionate a few months back. And I'm back again with my mega cycle so to speak. For about two years I was constantly cycling RAD140 and LGD4033 with the constant addition (no cycle) of MK677. And after being convinced to try testosterone (which I really wanted to do anyway) I can honestly say it's life changing. I'm happier, my autism is less soul destroying, my anger is MORE under control, and over all I feel a lot happier with life. So I'm certain testosterone will forever be my base in every cycle from here on. This time: I am currently on day 10, and below is my cycle. Testosterone enanthate - 300mg every 4th day. (week 1-16) RAD140 - 15mg ED (less than my previous 20-30 ED) (week 1-8) LGD4033 - 10mg ED (week 1-8) MK677 -30mg ED (always on) PCT is Nolva 40/40/20/20 plus daa, otc PCT and many other things which are probably placebo ?‍♂️? I am currently the heaviest i've ever been at 182lbs (sad ectomorph enough said). I'm hoping to get to 200lbs by the 16week mark, and most importantly keep it. I use a meal prep service with about 40g carbs and 40g protein per meal. And I'm aiming for 6 meals a day, and high if possible. And roughly 1g of water per day. I don't use many supplements, Pre-workouts, Reflex Weight Gainer post workout, sipping some BCAAs throughout the day, and all my snacks are protein cookies or bars. I try to eat that 'crap' instead of regular 'crap'. But I'm not a fool, I'm fully aware it is still crap. No real purpose to this log, just thinking I may help anyone who needs it. And educate my self and others as we go. You can ask me anything from injection techniques, to testosterone ester differences, to SARMs experience. Even to training. However my diet is not my strong point, which is why I opted for meal prep, not cheap, but for me is working fantastically. Also for me this sport is a hobby, I am in no way a professional or expert, so if you see me don't something ridiculous or wrong, or even something I could maybe do better, please feel free to comment.   4. Whats up, More-so a curiosity than anything else. Not much research available still on MK677 aside from the obvious GH related benefits. So I have recently started supplementing with 300mg daily of vit B6 for hormone balance (as a preventative of potential unwanted sides when on blast). Unfortunately no info at all that I can find regarding stacking MK with non steroidal compounds... so my question is this: Do you think that supplementing B6 along with MK might reduce the effects of what the MK is supposed to achieve? I.E. would it down regulate something which has artificially been boosted? This obviously wouldn't apply to steroids, but because MK only boosts your natural production, obviously this could be something to consider? Frankly I would rather not waste the MK that's all. Just not sure how to go about finding a definitive answer outside of asking here 1st.
  5. MK677; Acne inducing?

    Hey there, So I've been running Ibutamoren / MK677 for a few months now. I was initiailly running 20mg for a few weeks before coming off for a week. I then resumed at 10mg a day because I'm mostly after the anti-ageing, recovery & general health benefits and to help maintain muscle mass / stave off (some) fat buildup over the summer. Anyway, I've noticed I am coming out in spots in places. My legs, and today I noticed my chest has loads that appeared over night. They look to be cystic spots, i.e they don't have pimple heads on them. They're just big red spots. I note that when I was taking 20mg a day, my face was quite regularly oily by the end of the day. So I know my pores are pumping out all sorts as a result of the MK677. So I dropped to 10mg a day and still had a slightly oily face but not nearly as bad. But now my concern is the fact that I seem to be breaking out in spots all over the place. I came off a 6 week cut on epistane a few months back and did a solid PCT for 4 weeks. Towards the last week of PCT I started taking the MK677 at 20mg a day. I noticed a few spots here and there over the weeks and months but recently its really kicked it up a bit. I'm debating coming off for a month to see if that sorts it out. Every day I run: 10mg Ibutamoren 5g creatine gluconate 5g l-Glutamine 10g bcaas 180g protein I lift heavy 5 days a week and also do yoga twice and climbing once per week for core & flexibility. I've read anecdotal reports online of MK677 giving people spots /acne. Has anyone got any first hand experience with this? Has anyone else responded in a similar way? If its not MK677, what might the underlying cause be? What do you reckon I ought to do; come off or stay on and see if it clears up? Should I get some bloodwork done to check my levels and if so, can you recommend how I go about doing this? (I'm based in the UK)

    Hi Guys, so I have just started taking AlphaForm Labs MK Extreme, it is MK-677 30mg. I Also Use Whey, Creatine (about 5g per day) and Glutamine (about 10g per day). I thought I would share my results with you guys, if I actually get any anyway. So let me reword that, I'm going to share my experience with you guys. Day 1 : (3pm) Today first thing this morning I took 30mg of MK-677 and anxiously waited for something, anything.. After about 20 minutes I did become hungry and have been eating quite a bit so far. Also I feel kind of stoned, Like on really weak weed or something.. Anyway I'm hoping for the best. I will keep this log going. Cheers
