Just a general question please regarding Macros / High Carbs and my deficit.
I have just finished my macro calculations.
Below are my stats
26 years of age.
body fat of around 37%
I am overweight.
My BMR at average: 2410
MINUS 500 kcal deficit.
Did a macro calculator on my weight, age and height and came out as this
500mg Test Prop EW
700mg NPP EW
40mg Dbol ED
As this calculator was just for bulking for someone based on being natty I really don't think...
new to macros/weights, coming from clean eating/circuits/running. Am measuring all I eat & hitting macros I've calculated based on grams per pound of body weight. I'm working hard 5 times a week in the gym...but....I'm not gaining weight & finding it hard to hit the calories I think I...
