YO iv been taking blue hearts for 2 n a half weeks. and was just wondering how long you have to wait for real results? scales say iv put 2kg on alough i cant see it training well eating till im stuffed. got them off the net so they could be fake? any advice would be very welcome thanks lads:becky:

Does anyone have any first hand experience of the long term loss of strength associated with muscle tears ? To what extent/degree do you regain the old strength ? Are you at increased risk of doing the same again, and do you find the inherent weakness leads to problems in other areas ?
