starting back the gym this week and wondering if I should go for quite a simple compound routine which I intend to use with light weights (to get the muscles used to it) or go for a week of stretches, cardio etc to give my body a bit of a warming up.
Have been out of it for too long...
I'm currently working out on a 3 day split;
Chest & Tri's,
Back and Bi's,
Legs & Shoulders
I find that after I do my squats on the third day that I feel quite light headed and end up cutting my workout short. I've been eating plenty every day and have a meal 1.5 hours before my workout...
Now anyone that bothers to pay any attention to my posts knows I rarely rarely endorse products - But I bought some of this stuff from Bodyworks a few days ago as he's importing it from the U.S. and for the first time in a long while I'm going to plug something.
