Been training 12 weeks, new to training, currently, 15.5 biscpes, 17.5 calfs, 45 chest, 38 waist, 17 neck. ^ ft 2 and 17 stone 7lb.
Currently lift: (previous trained about 6 months lat year then stopped). Now lift 70kg bench, 60kg leg extensions, 50kg biscep curls, 100kg calf raises...
