    I'm Lactose Intollerant and need some suggestions of protein shakes that will be suitable for me to have and possibly taste ok too, I'm currently using soya protein shakes that taste rank just gotta neck them fast as poss!!

    I been drinking Skimmed milk these days 0.3% fat. But someone pointed out to me that milk is still high in lactose sugar. Is skimmed milk, becuase of the lactose something to avoid? I am trying to build muscle by slim up too.
