Just looking for some advice, blood test recently carried out and showing stored iron in the level.
liver is functioning fine and all other counts appear to be normal.
Not taken any supplements for over 5 months
any advice welcome

I am currently taking a mega-pack of vits and mins 3 times a day. I am concerned about my Iron intake becoming excessive. My daily supplementation Iron intake is 42mg. That is excluding ingestion from food.
Does anyone know the upper limit before iron toxicity occurs.
