I'm Jamie and new here to the forums. Been lurking for a while now but thought I'd sign up and become an active user.
I train 6 days a week and sometimes will pop in a wee routine on my rest day.
Been training like it's an addiction ever since I was furloughed last year...
Alright guys so the lockdown is in effect and the gyms have been closed for a while also. I don't have weights myself at home (I have some on order but god knows when they'll arrive) but I'm addicting to training like pretty much everyone on here.
So I decided to film my home workouts...
I have setup a basic home gym with a bench, squat rack, dumbell, barbell, EZ bar & weights. I do not have room for a power rack or any sort of cable machine. I want to know how to work my lats without a machine or pullup bar/s?
Thanks in advance

Basically, I've just finished training for and running a half-marathon, so for the past few months I've been neglecting more or less every other muscle.
Anyway, it's done now, and I'm looking to bulk out. However, I've only got access to a gym once a week, so I was wondering how to...
I train at home on a multi gym - unfortunately there is no obvious way to exercise the calf muscles unless you buy the leg station. A bit of an oversight on my part..
So I improvised, holding a bucket of water (I have no free weights) in one hand while standing on a step and doing sets of...
