Hi there, I'm Jamie and new here to the forums. Been lurking for a while now but thought I'd sign up and become an active user. I train 6 days a week and sometimes will pop in a wee routine on my rest day. Been training like it's an addiction ever since I was furloughed last year. Training has done so much for me be it keep my mind occupied and making sure to never lose focus. I've went up a couple of stone in muscle thanks to the routines I've made and would be happy to to learn and even help out anyone wanting to train. It took many years to figure out how to train and train properly but I'm happy so say I'm where I want to be body wise and in a great head space thanks to the focus training hard brings. So stop by and say hi! I'd love to hear from others who have used this awful time to stay focused and train hard at home. - Jamie
Alright guys so the lockdown is in effect and the gyms have been closed for a while also. I don't have weights myself at home (I have some on order but god knows when they'll arrive) but I'm addicting to training like pretty much everyone on here. So I decided to film my home workouts improvising as best as possible with what i have and to be honest I'm having some cracking workouts.
