Hi I'm a 29 year old male, I'm about 5'10 and weigh around 178lb, throughout my childhood and teens I was always anorexic looking skinny and looked alot younger than I was due to this, I've always lacked confidence and it's carried on into my adult life with the added bonus of a ridiculous, constantly bloated looking pot belly. To the point we're I hate summer and t shirt weather in the UK because the only part of a t shirt I can fill is the stomach part, I will usually always have a jacket on that hides my arms until it gets really really hot. I've never really got into a gym/workout routine because I've always thought "oh I'm too skinny there's no way my arms can build muscle they're basically a bone" Ive basically put it off my whole life and been really lazy but I have kids now and I really wanna sort myself out. Another of my excuses through the last 6 or 7 years were I've had my pot belly is "I don't know wethere to lose the fat first or bulk first". My diets really really bad also and the only gym equipment I have in my house are a pair of adjustable power block dumbells as I have no access to a gym ? any advice would be greatly appreciated... Hi , this is my third steroid cycle I have just started this week and have been constantly trying to find videos and personal experiences to Run my next cycle. my first two cycles have been testosterone only cycles ... however with the oestrogen conversion and water retention all I have done when I have come off my cycle is drop size and pretty much gone back to my original (well not my original it’s all in your head) this cycle round I’m running Test E and Tren E , I would appreciate serious comments and support from people that have had really good experience running these cycles and what dosages where used. ive come to the conclusion that I am not YET gyno sensitive , I think I would have found out form the first two cycles I ran as my dosages where like 600mg per week , all I have is a little bit of bacne but that’s after coming off cycle. sorry for the long read but I’m serious about getting the dosages right for this cycle! thanks In advance! jordan!

I'm a huge fan of abbreviated routines and have for years, however I've only focused on the big six exercises (bench squat row deadlift press chins) which I made amazing gains on However, as an experiment due to lack of time (keyworker) and also wanting to switch up so I'm wanting to do 1 of 2 routines with 3 or 4 exercises. So for my full body will I be covered? Option 1 Squat (quads with some hams, and calves with plantoflexion) Bench (chest shoulder tri) Row (traps, rhomboids, lats, forearm, bicep, grip) 3x6-12 with 80% 1rm add weight when I get 3x12 Done twice a week Option 2 Day 1 Squat Row Day 2 Deadlift Bench press 3x6-12 with 80% 1rm add weight when I get 3x12 I feel option 1 would be better, but what do you think, I'm an average guy that isnt competing but I want to get stronger.
  5. Cutting too fast

    Hello i need some advice, i am 19 y old 184 cm height 80.1 kg after 8 weeks of cutting started at 87.5 . Lifiting for about 2 and 1/2 years good nutrition made a lot of muscle good genetics.I am cutting for the first time so i need some help i lost aroynd 7-8 kgs in 8 weeks i think maybe thats to much in a short time i i am around 13%-14% bodyfat want to get 9 % . Losing about 1kg per week 2000 calories per day with a lot of cardio(fast walking 8-10 kms per day almost every day 6 out of 7 maybe on a week) .I dont know should i push 4-5 kg down in like 4-5 weeks till i hit that 9 % bodyfat or should i refeed for a few days , i am feeling a little tired for last 20 days but its not that hard, also i am not starving that much have energy for the hard workouts doing push/pull/legs split 6 times a week. Give me some advice.Thanks!
  6. This is how all leading causes of death can be reduced to almost nothing in a way that's profitable for everyone. With the increase in number of deaths exponentially since 2008, this is the last time in human history it will be possible to reduce deaths to near nothing - and have there be a period for 10-20 years where no one is dying from anything until old age. I think humanity should do this to prove that it can: 1. Heart Disease - resources used to make junkfood are used instead for fuel for cars and industry and feeding livestock for red meat, which is actually incredibly healthy for us. 2. Lung Disease - land used for growing tobacco would be used instead for healthy edible vegetables and possibly cannabis if federal or state law allows for it. 3. Medical Errors - simple change in hospital policy: doctors pair up per patient and have their discussion with the patient, same room, same time. Nurses pair up like this as well. 4&5. Strokes and Alzheimers (also epilepsy, leukemia, dementia) - we desperately need to safely reconsider our power grid; a good option would be solar panels made extra safe. For liver failure, acetaminophen bombed by military (at 40k deaths a year, this stat has been hidden from internet); Kidney failure - make sure everyone has clean water. Pancreatic failure - household cleaners discontinued. Higher on the List: Breast and prostate cancer are completely misdiagnosed to mutilate. For comparison, ear cancer only has mere hundreds diagnosed a year - other organs with names that are forgotten have never even been diagnosed with cancer. Please repost/reprint; There is nothing more important.
  7. been on clen for 5 days now, im a bit of a pussy when it comes to stimulants so started on 20 and upped by 20 each day to get to today where im on 100. I did a lot of research beforehand and saw all the stories of people shaking like mumhammed ali on a tightrope on a low as 40mcgs so thought i would definitely be feeling something by the time i got to this dose. so far experienced no sides at all on any of the doses, hands are steady, not overly hot or sweaty at all, no increase in heart rate which i get a bit prangy about so am always looking for it to see if i can notice it. the clen is from pharmacom, checked out on their website and bought from a verified re seller so have no reason to doubt that its real but feel like im getting nothing of it so far. take it first thing in the morning on a empty stomach with a cup of coffee and dont eat for 5-6 hours after taking it. anyone got any idea what could be going on?, i might be a bit ignorant here but saw a lot of people say the shaking specifically is how you know it working. am i just lucky and complaining for no reason?, EDIT: emailed pharmacom about the situation and asked for their thoughts, will update the thread when they reply with it

  9. Hey guys, I'm looking at these nutrition values on rice and I'm confused as hell they just aren't making any sense to me. 100g of rice is 158kcal however 1/2 a bag of rice (1 bag = 125g) is 230kcal? How does this even work? Am I just being missing something or is it just completely wrong?
  10. ive just received 100x 10mg Dianabol tablets, want to use them to kick start me in the gym, trying to bulk up... i have read and watched so many videos of what I have to do with them to make sure its safer for my body.. can someone help out? not looking to do bodybuilding just increase in mass.. just would like to know what's best to do with dianabol (without using injectables)

Previously I’ve ran test solo, test and Dbol cycle too but tren and tbol are new compounds to me and would appreciate if someone with more experience can look this over in case I have made a grave mistake or overlooked something. I haven’t done a cycle in 3+ years so my AAS knowledge may be outdated or rusty but have continued to lift and work on my cardio, decent shape sitting at around 98kg around 11% (according to bf callipers). CYCLE (planned cycle - 16 weeks) week 1-16 TEST E @ 500mg/week week 1-6 TBOL @ 50mg/ED week 7-16 TREN E @ 300mg/week - gyno prone so I was planning on running arimidex or aromasin at maybe 12.5mg EOD throughout. PCT (4 weeks) week 18-22 NOLVA 40/40/20/20 week 18-22 CLOMID 100/50/25/25 SIDE NOTES I hate jabbing so I will stick to Enanthate to keep things easier for myself but also my googling has lead me to believe you get a more stable cycle with enanthate, nonetheless I want to keep jabs minimal por favor. Never preciously used HCG and have seemed to bounce back just fine but no blood work has been done so I may be fooling myself, advice welcomed. (liver support and standard sups I haven’t included as I just wanted info in the cycle) appreciate your time and thank you in advance.
  12. Good afternoon everyone. So recently I come of steroids July 2019. Me and my partner decided to start trying for a baby so done pct and had a seman analysis. Seman volume 2.5 range 1.5 to 999 Sperm motility 74% Range 40 to 100 Sperm progression 71% Range 32 to 100 Sperm count per ml 23 10*6 ml range 15to 99 Total sperm count 57x10*6 per ejaculate with a range of more than 38x10*6 But of a stupid question but does 57x10*6 mean 57millon? Anybody else had seman analysis. I will upload part of my nhs results Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hi, I'm new to the phases 'cutting' and bulking'. So I just need some advice. A bit about my past in the gym. I started out boxing around 6 years ago where I when from 12 stone to 10 stone. I stopped boxing around 4 years ago and went onto circuit training. I've gone up to 11 stone or above since then. my strength has defiantly improved! And I have noticed my legs, arms and back have become more solid. I was under the belief that eating 1300-1500 calories a day, really low carbs would help me get the desired shredded look (not working). So I've been doing some research and found out about 'cutting' and 'bulking'. So I did this formula to workout what my calories/Marcos should be to cut efficiently without losing to much muscle: Calories needed = (166×12) = 1,992 Protein = 166 x 1 = 166g Fat = 166 x 0.4 = 66g Protein and fat calories = (166 x 4) + (66 x 9) = 1,258 Carbs = (1,992 – 1,258) ÷ 4 = 183g Daily Macros = 166g protein, 66g fat, 183g carbs, 1992 calories. Training plan: Monday - Arms + Cardio Tuesday - Back + cardio Wednesday - Active rest (dog walk) Thursday -Shoulders and chest + cardio Friday - Legs Saturday - Compound lifts + HIIT cardio Sunday - Rest (focusing on progressive overload with good form. keep weight heavy, 10-12 reps for 3-4 sets) Body stats: Age - 24 Female Weight - 166kg 5 foot 6 Around 22-25% body fat I'd say, but can't be 100% certain. Any advice or tips would be appreciate thanks!
  14. Hi all, As the title says, I could really use some help as regards my diet. I'm relatively new to this and I understand as a late starter I've got a lot to learn. My whole life I've been overweight! 18 months ago I hit a low as my weight peaked at 18 and a half stone!! I'm 5'10" and realised I needed to do something quickly so started on the keto diet. Managed to get down to 13 and a half but over the last few months its crept back up to just over 15 stone. For the last month I've been going to Santino's Gym in Derby and love it! currently go 4 times a week and will be adding cardio to my routine this week. So I finally I get to the point, I still want to shed fat but build muscle at the same time, which I'm told is something that can't be done! how many calories should I be aiming at taking on board a day and what should they be made up of (protein, fat, carbs)? Sorry about the whole back story bit but thought it would help to know a bit about me. Thanks in advance for any help
  15. Hi Guys, First things first, love the forum and the help everyone provides! I recently got back into weightlifting after a 2-year break due to work. I have been lifting roughly 6 years now and started as a fat kid who went anorexic then just wanted to look good. I never had a problem losing or gaining weight as I always tracked my macros using my fitnesspal religiously. I am a smaller fellow so usually don't need high calories to bulk but lower calories to cut. So I always found building muscle super easy but cutting rather difficult. However, since I started lifting again I noticed my body/metabolism may have changed for the worse. Essentially I use to diet on 1800-2100 calories to lose weight 2 years ago (as I said, I am smaller in frame so always needed less than most people). However now since I am back I have not been able to lose weight at all. I started at 73kg and I am still 73kg 4 months later. I started at 2000 calories, nothing. Then 1800 calories, nothing and now I am as low as 1600 calories and still nothing. All periods have been tested for 2-4 weeks. Although my lifts have gone up (not surprising as I essentially started from 0 again) I am starting to lose faith and am out of ideas here. My stats: 168cm - 5'6 160 lbs - 73kg bodyfat - roughly 18% (according weight scale) Age - 24 Lifestyle - Sedentary Job, Lift 4-5 times a week, Cardio 1-2 times a week. Current Macros : 120 Carbs, 53 fat, 160 protein = 1600 calories Hope you guys could maybe help me out here.

  17. I weigh 76 kgs and am 179 cm tall. A year ago, I was fat and weighed 121 kgs. Them through very strict dieting, I dropped down to 73 kgs in 6 months. At this time, I did not concentrate on weight training so I lost muscle too. Even though I wanted to lose more fat because my belly area still had some fat, I decided to bulk because I started feeling tired throughout the day. I gained 3 kgs in 2 months. Now, 2 weeks ago, I decided to cut that last remaining portion of belly fat again but I feel completely drained to do my workouts. I workout 5 days a week in which I do cardio for 10 mins on 4 days except for leg day. I eat 2700-2800 calories daily which is 200-300 below my maintenance. I want to lose the belly fat because I still have a flabby belly which is not all loose skin and I know it is fat. I want to give it a tight look. What should I do?     Hi, im thinking about taking a Epistan & Tren x cycle to lose fat and grow lean muscle. I have liver protection + PCT as well. i have done a Halo+Epi cycle before with good results. I know both Epistan & Tren X are non-methylated but have in cycle support anyway. I know drinking while on PH’s isn’t a good idea, by would there be any harm in having a few pints over my cycle? As my friends will wonder why I’m not drinking etc. Also, as both are non-methylated, surely there won’t be such an issue? also if anyone could give general or diet tips while on this stack, it would appreciated. thank you! im planning on taking 70mg of Epistan daily with 300mg stanodrol & 100mg 7-KETO (Both of these in the Tren-X)

  20. Hi, I have come here to ask for help from anyone who has been in a simaler sittuation. In short i started a course of sus and decca august 2017. Since then i have been too affraid to come off cycle due to the last time i was trapped in my head for weeks and experienced a world of negativity and fear. Not to mention the erection problems. So each time i have been due to.come off i have just continued with a different AAS. Im wanting to come off now for a while and im terrified of the mental health i might experienece. Has anyone been through a simaler scenario or have any advice for the curent sittuation im in? Much appriciated.
  21. So I have decided to run my first cycle. I have done a lot of in depth research, major in nutrition and have been at the gym since the age of 17. (Now 21). So I know my way round a kitchen and a gym, but am a little bit on the dark side with steroids, I’ve tried to clear up this knowledge in the last month. I decided on oral turinabol, as I don’t want my first cycle to be injectable. I found a trusted seller, with good reviews and spoke with him in person. The order arrived today, but under the name “TRINABOL”. My question is, is this a mistake and is actually turinabol. Or is it some sort trenbolone. It has the chemical formula name of turinabol but this through me off guard when I thought I had everything perfectly in place. Could do with some reassurance. Will post a picture of the substance given.

Any help ? What should I take next to stop pain and help gyno issue

  25. Need help with crashed E2

    Just a quick one guys could do with some advice. im currently 1 week into my test E cycle 500mg a week. I started take Adex 1mg EOD at the beginning of the cycle because last time I got abit of gyno so thought I’d learn and take a AI from the beginning. Anyway I think I migh have crashed my E2 because my mouth is all dry and I’ve got this constant headache and fatigue and joints are clicking. should I drop the Adex for a week and dial it back in ? thanks
