I'm wondering how best to order my routine. Let's say I'm doing Back, Chest and Tri and let's say I have 5 different excercises for each group. Each being 3 sets. (ex 8-12 reps x 3 Bench Press, 8-12 reps x 3 of Flys etc). I have 45-60 seconds between each set.
Now do I do
