  1. I have constantly been updating my first cycle plan. Can someone tell me if this is a good cycle for a beginner? I am young, been going gym for 5 years. I have my personal reasons for going on a cycle so please don't abuse me saying I'm too young bla bla. My main worries are my PCT, is it too much? Also My estrogen control plan, is it too much? I know that things can go bad if my estrogen is through the floor. I DO NOT WANT GYNO. Couldn't give a crap about hair loss (If that even happens to younger people) FWI I'm wanting to inject into my leg as it's like the largest injection site. Does anyone recommend another place?   3. Hi guys, I’m planning my first cycle and have a few questions.. I’m 26, 182cm, 93kg, roughly 18% body fat. I train 4 times per week, currently no cardio (other than daily 10k steps). From my research on previous threads, my cycle will be as follows: 500mg Test E once per week, weeks 1-10 500iu HCG twice per week, weeks 1-12 0.5mg Arimidex every day, weeks 1-15 (incl PCT) 20mg Nolvadex every day, weeks 13-15 50mg Clomid every day, weeks 13-15 Currently I’ve got daily use of creatine (6g), usual vitamins, EAA’s during workout. I’ll be having my bloods done pre, intra and post cycle. Does all seem OK with the cycle? Am I missing anything? Throughout the 15 weeks, should I be in calorific surplus? (even on rest days?) I read everywhere that Test E can result with fat loss. How true is this? I do want to lose body fat, but will I achieve this if I’m on a bulking diet? Do I add in cardio/HIIT? Macro’s for bulking would be – 241g Protein / 321g Carbs / 107g Fat. What results would be likely if I were to just hit daily maintenance (or deficit) calories? I have a good, positive mental health. I don’t want any drugs to affect this. I’m assuming during cycle I’ll be more than fine, but is it common for people to feel low post-cycle? Specifically long-term. I know everyone is different and all that… Any advice or comments will be greatly appreciated. This forum is ace and I’ve learnt loads from it! Thanks everyone! Dan
  4. Hope this is okay to post unless another section would be better? First time posting, looking at my first cycle in the new year. Please can you critique? W1-15 Test C 200mg e3.5d HCG 500iu e3.5d (or 1000iu ew?) Adex 0.5mg ed W18-24 PCT Nolva 20/20/20/20/20/20 Main things I wanted to query: - should I take the HCG as one shot or split them into two? - should adex really just be taken if necessary or would you suggest just taking it from the start of the cycle regardless? - is my PCT enough with just the nolva? I read somewhere that the difference between dosing at 40 instead of 20 wouldn’t really have a significant difference but would appreciate any guidance. The reason for the 400mg dosage is purely down to mg per ml in what I’ve found. Stats are 26, 6”2 and 205lbs but probably will cut to about 190lbs before I start. Thank you!
  5. Hi guys so I’ve been given a sachet of 10 nap 50 tabs and been advised to take them at half a tab a day. I’m planning to take milk thistle with them aswell. Is there anything else I need to add to the cycle? Will I need a PCT after 20 days on cycle. Is 20 days even enough? Really hoping I can get some solid advice from the guys on here as a lot of the threads I’ve read contain some absolutely amazing advice. Thanks guys.
  6. Hello everyone, i’m looking for some advice on my first cycle... I intended to take 500mg of test E or C per week for 10 weeks but have only been able to get hold of Testobolin 400. Its made by BM pharmaceuticals and I’m fairly confident its good quality. It contains 60mg/ml of propionate, 70mg/ml of phenylpropionate, 120mg/ml of isocaproate, 150mg/ml of decanoate. Obviously it isn’t ideal as I wanted to just run plain test, but as its all I’ve been able to get i’m still strongly considering it. My question is- would a 1ml shot once a week be ok with regards to the half lives of the 4 different esters? I’m also still undecided whether to run hcg during the cycle and nolva for pct, or just the nolva after and leave out the hcg. Any advice/opinions appreciated. Thanks
  7. Hello guys, just about to start my 1st cycle, sustanon 250, dbol, proviron, anastrazole.. Still haven't figured one thing, how often shall I pin sust, I dont wanna run high dosage as first run Is okay to go 1ml e5d or e3d because of short esters so my hormone level will be more in line? Dbol 3x10 mg a day, proviron since day 1 and anastrazol if any signs sides/bloating What's your opinion guys pleAse . Many appreciated. PETE
  8. Hi guys, Basically this is my first cycle and I want to maximise the amount of mass I can gain and keep after it. I was previously training a 4 day U/L and seeing decent progress, but I'm somewhat confused as to how to train while 'on cycle'. Do I simply train the same, but just add double days/more days with difference excercises/progress the weight a bit quicker/add lots of accessory work? Obviously I want to gain as much as possible, but I also want to keep as much as possible and I'm thinking if I train hard for 14 wks, 6 days on while on test and then go back to 4 days on while off test and different excercises I'll not be able to keep the muscle.. slightly confused lol. Any help would be greatly appreciated! This is my current routine, would I benefit from running this 6 days per week while on?:
  9. Hi Guys, I started my first cycle on testosterone enanthate 3 weeks ago. In week one I did 300mg, week two 450mg and week three 450mg. In week two - the day after my 3rd shot - I felt an upsurge in energy despite poor sleep the night before, and experienced a slight strength increase in the gym. It also felt like my sex drive went up. However, approaching the end of week three and having done 6 shots, I feel no better than I did after the 3rd shot, no more strength increase, no better mood or energy, in fact I arguably feel a little worse. In addition, I haven't started to see any muscle gain yet. I'm starting to worry that the stuff I got is fake. Surely the day after my 6th shot my blood level should be high enough to feel amazing and start seeing gains. Am I expecting muscle gain too soon? How long does it take to start seeing muscle gains on a test only cycle? What other benefits should I expect to feel and when? I'd greatly appreciate some answers because I'm starting to feel dejected. IMPORTANT: I train 5 times per week and eat in a caloric surplus all the time. I do not gain fat no matter how much I eat so any new weight will be muscle or water weight. Please just assume that my training, nutrition and recovery are on point when answering my questions.   10. I've been lurking around here for a long time. Initially, I wantedto know what and how to take mmy first cycle, it's only in the past year that I have really taken all of your advice. Yes, I trained properly in the gym as my old training partner was very well knowleged. However, I ate like apig in an all you can eat pizza hut, I wasn't fat as I just seem to not really grow a great deal. Then, the important bit, I started to take my nutrition seriously, the results were astounding. My strength and physique grew from a skinny kid to a man in those first six months. I'm so glad I never did my first cycle back then and still haven't now When I do,it's going to be simple, straight test e 500 mg split weekly and an AI, then straight nolva and clomid for PCT. However, until then, I'll get more involved and keep you all updated. Thanks guys
  11. Hi - and thanks for reading. A bit of backstory... I've endured M.S for the past decade, and it's not been as bad as it could have been, but still muscle, strength and mobility as a consequence have all been on a gradual down slide. Recently I've been thinking about/reading about what anabolics may or may not do for me. I generally try to train body-weight/free-weight a few times a week, with little progress, but it feels like my body is in perpetual recovery mode, with all the associated aches and pains. Also, i know my lift weights are low and my overall volume is on the low side, because i have to balance hypertrophy and being able to function like a normal human for the days after. From my research I think I'm looking at oral tablets for ease, and a low-medium dose but am well out of my depth here. Any opioins/advice would be really helpful!

Hello fellow new users, or users to be Now before you even buy anything you have to make sure you posses the following: common sense a brain ability to think for yourself (to an extent) these must be implemented when asking fellow strangers what to put inside YOUR body, If you google “best first steroid cycle” will the cycle suggested by “mike the mountain” and “jack the juggernaut” be the same? , probably not, ask yourself why.... Anabolics for me are an experiment which I conduct on myself using basic information and expierience SUGGESTED by others which I then apply using sed attributes listed above, you’ll find as you dive deeper there are common practices and rules which most abide by and with good reason, there will be many conflicting arguments which both will provide facts and studies for but when the chips are down it’s your decision to decipher what will work best for you considering the risks it poses on your health and what it is you want to achieve, for example “ cycling vs blast and cruise” .... but let’s not get into that debate lol ?, we are all lab rats, some have been doing this 10 month some 10 years and both are just as important as each other... the saying “you can’t teach old dogs new tricks” doesn’t apply to anabolics in my opinion, you will constantly learn about yourself, applying theories which will work and some that won’t, again both as important as each other, it’s a journey I myself have just started and am extremely excited to see where it takes me, I’m going to make mistakes, I’m going to f**k up, im going to doubt myself, I’m going to at some point question where I am , but one thing that will run consistently throughout Is I will always be learning about myself and my body, so strap in and drive safe

  14. I’m currently starting my first cycle and I’ve been advises by one of my gym buddy’s to start with 2ml of boldanone 250 and 2ml of test 400 per week. Is this a good cycle? And should I taper my way up to the amount advised? Thanks
  15. So, as the title says, I am starting next week a Tri-Tren only cycle: 50mg Ace, 50mg E and 50mg Hexahydrobenzyl. I am 19 years old and have been training for aprox. 2 years now. Let's see how bad it will **** me up, shall we? I will try to keep a log in the Members journal after I start my cycle. I know what everybody will say about this (it's super bad, health concerns, etc.) About shutting me down... I havent had sex or spoken to a girl in almost 1 and a half year now, so I dont think I'll be using my d*ck any time soon. So, please any tips are welcomed, but don't bother telling me how bad it will be, I knw that already, I don;t really have anything to be afraid of at the moment, been through a lot this year so **** it! I will be running 150mg a week to start and then I'll increase to 300mg a week for 8-10 weeks maximum. I have arimidx, dostinex(although I dont think Ill use it:))) and clomid for PCT. I'll also post some pictures and stats on my Members Journal, prob will post link here once I start the cycle. Right now I am around 174 pounds, BF under 15%. Lets see how this goes...
