Well i've been training about 4 and a half years...I started squatting from the beginning, at first all was good and enjoyed the progression...but over the last 1 and a half years i've been having trouble with my lower back.
I realised back then that i had been squatting with pretty poor form...
As of this week just I've started training on Mon, Wed and Fri, I'm sure some of you have seen a few of my threads on my routine etc.
But as of right now I feel pretty s**t that I'm only training 3 days a week. Is this normal? I've been told I'll notice more gains because I have more time to...
I'm 19 and am curious. Any guys on here who have cycled at a young age if so what types of changes are noticed mainly psychological?
Also as the years go by after being on gear does it wear off so to speak compard to when first ever taken?
d-dol, how long till you feel the effects??
On my second week of test e and dianabol.
i have done test before so i know thats takes weeks to kick in but how long does it take to feel the effects of dbol?
cause i thought it was a kick start to a cycle?
Cant say i feel/see any difference?
