Has anybody here used Bowflex Dumbells ?....if so how do they compare to normal ones....are they fiddly to adjust ? can you get the same movement as with normal dumbells ?.....any advice would be much appreciated.

Hi im 17 now and I've been doing dumbells for almost one year now at 6kg on each hand but now have added more giving a total of 7kg to each arm. I was told that doing dumbells everyday is not good for you and 3 times a week is better. Is this true? can i not do it every day? Thanks
