  1. Vegetarian Creatine

    Hi just wondering if anyone could recommend a good vegetarian Creatine brand preferably tablet based? been training for a years but now 40 plus believe I need a bit of a boost! Any other recommendation would on muscle growth would be very much appreciated too! Many thanks Matt
  2. Hi All, Newbie here hoping for some advice really... During my gym sessions last year, 30m before a work out I'd take prework out from myprotein, and found it gave me a boost.... anyway, I was chatting to a friend about diet, and he says he had oats in the morning for breakfast, with a scoop of protein powder and creatine powder also. I was goin gto do this, but is it alright to combine pre workout along with creatine, especially when preworkout lists creatine monohydrate as an ingredient? Thanks all
  3. Given that the quality of whey protein's by different brands differ. Is there any difference in quality of Creatine Monohydrate? If so how does one tell good from bad?
  4. Hi Everyone! Just wondering when is the optimal and best time to take creatine? Personally i have always taken 5g every morning upon waking and thats how ive always done it . I was speaking to a friend and he said he only ever takes it pre workout and its pointless taking when i wake up. When is the best time ? Thanks
