  4. Hey guys hope you’re all well. So I’m actually really confused right now on how to change my current body... two years ago I was skinny but have put on weight since and haven’t gone gym properly since 2018. I’m 21 and 6’1 - and weigh 91KG. I really want to change this and can’t believe I let myself go. I don’t really have fat anywhere else except from my belly and my ass. My arms and legs are still skinny. I haven’t worked out in such a long time. On Youtube i see so much stuff on what to do but they all contradict each other. How can I change this? Should I work on losing weight? (Doing cardio etc) or should I work on building muscle? I’m really confused guys and hope you can help give me so advice. I have attached images of my current body

I don't have weights myself at home (I have some on order but god knows when they'll arrive) but I'm addicting to training like pretty much everyone on here. So I decided to film my home workouts improvising as best as possible with what i have and to be honest I'm having some cracking workouts.

  8. Just looking for some guidance for my first show coming up in Manchester on 5th July - Pure Elite U75kg men’s fitness model. Got just over 18 weeks to go. My plan is to eat well (calorie surplus) at around 4000cals+ a day for the next 10 weeks (40C/30P/30F split). And monitor weight gain at +1lb a week. I have a sub optimal Test levels so gaining size is slow for me. Just getting some new bloods done today so should know results tomorrow to see where my levels are. (Might even think about doing a cycle being as I’m not competing in a natural class) Then start a cut 8/9 weeks out. I’m 28, 5’9” (175cm) and 73kg, around 10-12% BF. (See picture) Hitting a lot of hypertrophey 5 times a week with a little bit of conditioning thrown in just to keep my fitness up as I’m from a competitive CrossFit background. Keeping any extra cardio to zero for now as size is the goal. Being a fit guy and the hyperactive thyroid means cutting is no issue for me. Any advice on if my timeline is good, or should I be starting to cut now is appreciated! Still need to figure out the lead up to the show and if I need to do anything with carb/sodium loading!? Advice is appreciated!

    Hi Guys, I'm a bodybuilding nut and enthusiast, originally from Quebec (Yes, I'm a Frenchie), but now living in Europe, and I've really been enjoying reading people's posts on this forum, and it's gotten me enthusiastic again to get back into working out intensively again. I was hooked on bodybuilding for many years, I devoured the main magazines, and read books by my heroes, and I felt totally inspired by that. So I tried my hand at it. Over the years, my circumstances changed and to cut a long story short, I got married and now have a family, and didn't have the time that I once did to devote myself to it fully. But hopefully that should now change. Looking forward to being more active on this board.
  10. What is the greatest natural routine for both strength and hypertrophy for someone that likes being in the gym 5 days a week? Previously did 6-day PPL routine but looking to train for 5 days a week and still hit the muscle groups twice a week. I was looking at PHUL with an extra day on Saturday for shoulders. Any others?

Hey guys, My name is lucas and I´m from brazil, I started a diet for losing fat since the begining of last month, before that, I was on a bulking diet that goes so wrong, I had a lot of dificults to eat, i dont know why, so after all I´m here because a want to share with you my routine and maybe make some friends and improve my English, so lets do it !   14. Hi guys, Does anybody else suffer from body dysmorphia? And how do you cure it I guess or cope with it? I'm not depressed or lacking confidence in any way. But I just don't see what others see. It's like I'm blind in a way. I look in the mirror at my body and feel like puking, even questioning why I go gym, why has my body not changed in a couple years of training. But other people seem to think differently, for example in photos I look completely different to how I look in a mirror. Unless I'm comparing myself to someone else who doesn't lift. I can't really see any gains. Basically what I'm saying is topless.... I look like topless will ferrel... But except I don't according to others. I'm confused as hell. What's going on? Do I need to see a psychiatrist?
  15. Where to go with training?

    Hi Guys, new to this. I train 6 days a week splitting sessions up in to body parts. Have been training for years to get to where I am now but am ready to really take it to the next level. Want to know where I need to work, not work, exercises I need to do more or less of and which body parts I need to be focusing on to look bigger and better. Interest is plainly in looking good and big!

I am a 16 year old male, I exercise mainly my upper body (arms, shoulders, back, chest, abs etc. and legs) I am roughly 5”10 and weigh 131 pounds and I go to the gym for roughly 2 hours about 3-5 times a week. I have just bought Whey protein powder and I’m not sure how much protein i should consume a day and when too. any advice and help would be greatly appreciated.   18. Hello! I am Giovanni DelBiondo. I also go by Johneffer on Instagram, YouTube, and multiple Bodybuilding forums. I won the 2017 Teen Nationals at 6'3 (190.5cm) 235Lbs (106.6kg). I have gotten up to 302Lbs (137kg) in the off-season this year but now after cutting some I am about 257Lbs (116.1kg) on the current date of 10/6/2018. I am cleaning up my body, fixing blood works, getting healthier, and getting ready for a wonderful, long, productive off-season which I will be staying much leaner and progressing in a much smarter way. The goal is simple. I want to stay healthy and make incredible gains. I am working with Dominick Cardone, started on 9/18/2018. I have went from 280 Lbs to 257 Lbs in that short amount of time (today is 10/6/2018), and I have come off of all drugs except 200mg Testosterone Cyp and 2mg of Arimidex a week which will certainly change over the next few weeks, or months. It depends. Here's what I currently look like at around 260. Keep in mind I am very soft compared to what I can be around this weight but it is all for a reason. I am going to absolutely blow up in this log and it will become very entertaining. Hope you enjoy the show.
  19. Hi! I am 20 years old. My body weight is 76kg (167pound) . My height is 5'10 . My waist is 33 inches. I have been doing gym for about a year. I bulked recently upto 80kg. Now i am cutting. I want to get abs and lean muscular physique. I have shared my pics below . Plz see them and make any guess about What my bodyfat% is . When i used to weight about 69kgs i didnot have any abs and my abdomen was fairly flat but at that time i didnot go to gym . Not at 76kg i feel i am leaner than when i was at 67 kg maybe my muscle mass increased and fat level decreased.I dont have a bodyfat callpier to measure my body fat . I used online calculators and according to them my body fat is 16-17%. I am training with great intensity. My diet is also controlled. I am taking 1g protein / lb of body weight. My carb intake is also low and fate intake is minimal and i am doing 7-8 min intermediate cardio session after every workout . I also do abdomen workout daily. What should be my approach. Plz help

Hi, i am a 20yr old male happy with my weight but want to start building muscle. i have been on and off in the gym for a few months but haven't found any routine yet. i have read loads of routines online but they all seem intimidating for starting out with. can someone help me? i am currently drinking 2 protein shakes a day one with creatine before my workouts but at the moment i kind of just go from machine to machine in the gym with no real routine to follow any help is great i try to get to the gym monday - friday for an hour a day

Hi guys, First of all apologies if this is posted in the wrong area, please redirect me if so, I'm just looking for some advice on my third cycle, I'm 6'1, 27 years old, 195 pounds, and I've been bodybuilding since I was 19, I'm looking to do a 10 week cutting cycle on fast acting Test P, and primo, I want the least water bloat I can possibly get and to be as dry as possible, my diet/training needs absolutely no help I know what I'm doing in that department after getting to know my body for 8 years, this is my cycle as follows (I'll exclude PCT) Test P 100mg EOD week 1-10 Primo 600mg P/W (split into three 2ml shots, 100mg per ml) week 1-10 Proviron 50mg ED weeks 1-10 Aromasin 12.5mg ED weeks 1-10 HCG 250IU 2x per week weeks 2-10 Anavar 60MG per day split into 30mg servings morning and night, week 4-10 Please critique where necessary but I have put hours of research in, I only have 10 weeks, and ideally I'd like to run the PRIMO for 12, but 10 will have to suffice, also I received the primo for free due to a shipping error and it turned out to be a great steroid for what I'm wanting to achieve with next to no sides, so I do not want to change the base steroids being PRIMO and TEST P, I mainly want advice on the proviron, HCG, and aromasin dosages, and weather you think all run together is a good idea, I want to keep from shutting down and my sex drive high, appreciate all your help in advance, CFC.

Testotimo is a 24-year-old finnish bodybuilder who is prepping for his first competition, the Iron Rebel Show, which takes place in Denmark in roughly four weeks.   24. So, I'll start this of by telling you that I started going to the gym the winter of 2016. I was 189 cm tall and about 85kg heavy, I was skinny fat (Was obese when i was younger, 175cm/87 kg). When I got comments about being fat ,obiously these were not serious comments but jokes, but I was so insecure in my body that I thought people really saw me as an 200kg fat guy. These comments led to me going to the gym. At first I saw result and "noob gainz". I followed a typical bro split. I lost weight at the time and this is when things got bad. I started counting every fu**ing single calorie that I ate. For a period of time i played soccer 4 days a week and worked out 4 times a week while eating like a maximum of 1500 calories. As you may expect this resulted in a unhealthy weightloss. I dropped down to 70 kg being 190 cm tall at this moment. this was before the summer of 2017. During this weightloss period i started binge eating until i got so full that i puked and things like that. I developed eating and body image disorders. I also lost all of my energy, sex drive, and got other hormonal problems. The summer of 2017 i went on vacation to the country where the rest of my family lives. Here they kind of forced me to eat. After the summer i was ready to "bulk". After the vacation i was weighing around 74kg. So this was in August of 2017. Since then ive been trying to bulk with no result. During this "bulk" Ive really ate a clean diet, almost only chicken and rice, egg whites, oats and so on. Im weighing arounf 78 kg now ( 28 of March 2018) and the only thing I have gained is fat on my stomach (i think.. no visible muscle gains, ALMOST no strength gains). My upper body around my stomach are looks "kind of" skinny fat, but my arms, legs and calves got a lot of veins, like A LOT (especially calves). So im not sure what my body fat percentage is at but maybe 15%? So my questions to you guys are what should I do? Routine- Wich routine? Ive tried upper/lower splits but i do not like them....I did not enjoy working out. And I really want to workout 5 days a week hitting each muscle 2x a week. Diet- I dont want to count calories because they stress me out so much right now because of my past that I really feel bad and suicidal when thinking about them. How should I eat and think about my diet when working out? Guys I really want your help. Some of you guys will recommend things like startingstrength but i really wanna workout 5 days a week. And im dead serious about the help, I would love serious comments. And i do not plays soccer anymore. My lifts (No back squats squats cuz they really f**k my lower back up) Front squat 70kg x 5 Bench 72,5x5 Sumo deadlift 145kg x1 Week af i know... So Im turning 18 this summer just so u know guys(2018) And guys, Ive tried so fkkn hard getting results but because of my f**ked up mind and body image i always fail and im afriad that soon ill give up... This is a PPL routine that Ive been thinking about trying, 5 days a week.   25. Best Protein brand?

    Hi, looking for a bit of advice on what brand of protein to go for. So far I have been looking at Optimum Nutrition, MyProtein and Maxi Nutrition. Any recommendations? Many Thanks Evan
