Im 33 and always been skinny, after this terrible year and personal issues such as divorce i have lost a lot more weight than before.
I have decided i want to gain weight. Is it possible at the age off 33? What is the key answer? I believe its eat more and more?

Hi Im a 51 year old male, in the past i have trained and was an amuater boxer. I would like to build muscle in my old age. At present i do cardio 4 to 5 times a week on a cross trainer or brisk walking as i have knee damage. Weights wise im sticking to a few excercises every other day.
today i bought this supplement USN Muscle Fuel Anabolic at suppshop.co.uk - Discount Supplements for £30 that contains 4.4lbs whic think is preety good value but the age requirement says 18. I am 17 years old and turning 18 in november. Will having this cause any major issues with me?
Is age a big factor when beginning to train ?
At 27 almost 28 I dont consider myself old but I wondered if starting after all my growth has occured has any advantages / disadvantages ?
Will I find it easier a few years from now when I have seen noticeable gains or will age make it harder ?
Does anyone know the age limit to be classed as a junior in a bodybuilding comp??? do diff comps have diff ages??
