Hi , this is my third steroid cycle I have just started this week and have been constantly trying to find videos and personal experiences to Run my next cycle. my first two cycles have been testosterone only cycles ... however with the oestrogen conversion and water retention all I have done when I have come off my cycle is drop size and pretty much gone back to my original (well not my original it’s all in your head) this cycle round I’m running Test E and Tren E , I would appreciate serious comments and support from people that have had really good experience running these cycles and what dosages where used. ive come to the conclusion that I am not YET gyno sensitive , I think I would have found out form the first two cycles I ran as my dosages where like 600mg per week , all I have is a little bit of bacne but that’s after coming off cycle. sorry for the long read but I’m serious about getting the dosages right for this cycle! thanks In advance! jordan!
  3. Cutting too fast

    Hello i need some advice, i am 19 y old 184 cm height 80.1 kg after 8 weeks of cutting started at 87.5 . Lifiting for about 2 and 1/2 years good nutrition made a lot of muscle good genetics.I am cutting for the first time so i need some help i lost aroynd 7-8 kgs in 8 weeks i think maybe thats to much in a short time i i am around 13%-14% bodyfat want to get 9 % . Losing about 1kg per week 2000 calories per day with a lot of cardio(fast walking 8-10 kms per day almost every day 6 out of 7 maybe on a week) .I dont know should i push 4-5 kg down in like 4-5 weeks till i hit that 9 % bodyfat or should i refeed for a few days , i am feeling a little tired for last 20 days but its not that hard, also i am not starving that much have energy for the hard workouts doing push/pull/legs split 6 times a week. Give me some advice.Thanks!

  5. Hi guys - hope everyone is staying safe and well, Looking for some advice, been on a cut for around 3 months now - started out at around 172 pounds at the end of my bulk and around 17% body fat. I am now at 159 pounds and I would estimate around 13% body fat? (see pic below). Just wondering should I continue to cut or start a lean bulk? Ideally I wanted to get to around the 10% body fat range but I feel that my weight would have to go quite low for that. Any help would be great - I am 5ft 9 in height. Cheers,

    Hi, im pretty new to this whole forum thing so forgive me if this is in the wrong place. Id like to know if anyone can enlighten me as to what exactly this gap in the middle of chest that resembles the Eiffel Tower is? And also how to stop/fix this problem. ive monitored it for a whole and noticed that my left pec attaches pretty nicely along my sternum whereas my right doesn’t. (I don’t recall if it’s always been like this). im also noticing that the muscle is slowly receding in the lower corner of the right pec and is causing me worry what it’ll look like in the future. Some info about me that may help: Male 6’4 90kg Also im starting to develop those annoying love handles and was wondering if anyone has a half decent lockdown diet / tips they’re sticking to. Any ideas are welcome. thanks in advance
  7. been on clen for 5 days now, im a bit of a pussy when it comes to stimulants so started on 20 and upped by 20 each day to get to today where im on 100. I did a lot of research beforehand and saw all the stories of people shaking like mumhammed ali on a tightrope on a low as 40mcgs so thought i would definitely be feeling something by the time i got to this dose. so far experienced no sides at all on any of the doses, hands are steady, not overly hot or sweaty at all, no increase in heart rate which i get a bit prangy about so am always looking for it to see if i can notice it. the clen is from pharmacom, checked out on their website and bought from a verified re seller so have no reason to doubt that its real but feel like im getting nothing of it so far. take it first thing in the morning on a empty stomach with a cup of coffee and dont eat for 5-6 hours after taking it. anyone got any idea what could be going on?, i might be a bit ignorant here but saw a lot of people say the shaking specifically is how you know it working. am i just lucky and complaining for no reason?, EDIT: emailed pharmacom about the situation and asked for their thoughts, will update the thread when they reply with it

Whats happening gents (and any fine ladies that frequent these boards, however unlikely) So basically, I used to cycle tren and test when I was in my prime, life took over, set up a few businesses had some kids and neglected gym, nutrition and juice for about 6 years, got fat as f**k, started gym about a year ago now and I am feeling strong again, but now its time for me to revisit my old cycle. I wants to make sure the status quo on what I used to do hasn't changed too much and see if any of you guys can aware me on latest knowledge and best practices before i buy my stack. Quick disclaimer, I have been away from the scene and these boards for a while, so you may look at the below and give me s**t for being a noob, but honestly, I am doing the right thing by asking for input and then doing my own research before committing to something, I just want the headlines on what you guys think. So, I am doing this from memory but I am pretty sure my cycle was something like this: Test E - 800mg - split between two pins a week Tren E - 600mg - split between two pins a week Aromasin - 25mg every day I think.... I really can't remember, but I definitely used it, maybe i took 12.5 mg a day not sure. Pramipexole - 0.18mg (I used to have to take a quarter of a tablet a day then increase to half a tablet which really helped me avoid losing sex drive while on tren) HCG - used weekly whilst on cycle but i cant remember when and how much i took, any advice on this ? PCT - What is recommended these days for PCT? ( i know if I am taking HCG on cycle then my PCT can be minimal, but I really can't remember what I took after stopping cycle/hcg. I think it was nolvadex and clomid? no idea... Anyway, I really do appreciate any advice gents!

Previously I’ve ran test solo, test and Dbol cycle too but tren and tbol are new compounds to me and would appreciate if someone with more experience can look this over in case I have made a grave mistake or overlooked something. I haven’t done a cycle in 3+ years so my AAS knowledge may be outdated or rusty but have continued to lift and work on my cardio, decent shape sitting at around 98kg around 11% (according to bf callipers). CYCLE (planned cycle - 16 weeks) week 1-16 TEST E @ 500mg/week week 1-6 TBOL @ 50mg/ED week 7-16 TREN E @ 300mg/week - gyno prone so I was planning on running arimidex or aromasin at maybe 12.5mg EOD throughout. PCT (4 weeks) week 18-22 NOLVA 40/40/20/20 week 18-22 CLOMID 100/50/25/25 SIDE NOTES I hate jabbing so I will stick to Enanthate to keep things easier for myself but also my googling has lead me to believe you get a more stable cycle with enanthate, nonetheless I want to keep jabs minimal por favor. Never preciously used HCG and have seemed to bounce back just fine but no blood work has been done so I may be fooling myself, advice welcomed. (liver support and standard sups I haven’t included as I just wanted info in the cycle) appreciate your time and thank you in advance.

    Hi, I'm new to the phases 'cutting' and bulking'. So I just need some advice. A bit about my past in the gym. I started out boxing around 6 years ago where I when from 12 stone to 10 stone. I stopped boxing around 4 years ago and went onto circuit training. I've gone up to 11 stone or above since then. my strength has defiantly improved! And I have noticed my legs, arms and back have become more solid. I was under the belief that eating 1300-1500 calories a day, really low carbs would help me get the desired shredded look (not working). So I've been doing some research and found out about 'cutting' and 'bulking'. So I did this formula to workout what my calories/Marcos should be to cut efficiently without losing to much muscle: Calories needed = (166×12) = 1,992 Protein = 166 x 1 = 166g Fat = 166 x 0.4 = 66g Protein and fat calories = (166 x 4) + (66 x 9) = 1,258 Carbs = (1,992 – 1,258) ÷ 4 = 183g Daily Macros = 166g protein, 66g fat, 183g carbs, 1992 calories. Training plan: Monday - Arms + Cardio Tuesday - Back + cardio Wednesday - Active rest (dog walk) Thursday -Shoulders and chest + cardio Friday - Legs Saturday - Compound lifts + HIIT cardio Sunday - Rest (focusing on progressive overload with good form. keep weight heavy, 10-12 reps for 3-4 sets) Body stats: Age - 24 Female Weight - 166kg 5 foot 6 Around 22-25% body fat I'd say, but can't be 100% certain. Any advice or tips would be appreciate thanks!

    Hi, I am about to start a course of Anavar (tabs) and testosterone enathate (injectable) I am a 28 year old male and wondered if anyone has any advice on dosage and also recommend a PCT that is easily accessible? Will I also need anything during the course to protect myself? I'm well aware of the risks so want to minimise the risk as much as possible. Thanks in advance
  12. I weigh 76 kgs and am 179 cm tall. A year ago, I was fat and weighed 121 kgs. Them through very strict dieting, I dropped down to 73 kgs in 6 months. At this time, I did not concentrate on weight training so I lost muscle too. Even though I wanted to lose more fat because my belly area still had some fat, I decided to bulk because I started feeling tired throughout the day. I gained 3 kgs in 2 months. Now, 2 weeks ago, I decided to cut that last remaining portion of belly fat again but I feel completely drained to do my workouts. I workout 5 days a week in which I do cardio for 10 mins on 4 days except for leg day. I eat 2700-2800 calories daily which is 200-300 below my maintenance. I want to lose the belly fat because I still have a flabby belly which is not all loose skin and I know it is fat. I want to give it a tight look. What should I do?   13. Need some recomp cycle advice guys. but first.. 25, 6ft, 200lb, pretty lean. Cycle experience, test, var, hdrol, lgd, osta, s4 and various peptides. Option 1: Week 1-2: 11kt, Rad 140 Week 3-8: 11kt Rad 140, Liquidien Option 2: Week 1-2: 11kt, Osta Week 3-8: 11kt, osta, liquidien Option 3: Week 1-8: 11kt, Rad140 PCT: nolva/clomid Training: mix of strength, HIIT and cardio Will probably run formestane and a low dose 4ad/epi as a base throughout the cycle. Is there any TD formestane around these days? dienelone has always interested me, looks like a really good compound. but does anyone know how harsh it is on your liver and suppression? I see mixed reviews online. I don't mind a beer and want an easy recovery

Started a course of test e last week and I think I’m getting signs of gyno im taking 250mg of test e on Tuesday and friday and 0.5mg of armidex tuesdays and Fridays one of my nipples feels iratated and has a small lump behind it and very slightly leaks if I lightly squeezed just want some advice on what to do before it gets worse I’ve got Nolva and clomid for pct thanks for any help

  17. Hi, I’m looking for some advice on a routine I can do for building strength in my upper body, any advice would be welcome, I must say though I’m currently don’t use weights a lot, so this is kind of starting from the beginning lifting wise thanks in advance
  18. So I've recently started going back to the gym, I used to go most days previously but it was mostly conditioning and cardio with the routines being made by my gym partner. I normally try and get 20 minutes of cardio in per session before doing weights using machines as free weights tend to have a big que unless it's not peak time which I rarely get a chance to get in for due to work. I'm looking to find out advice on a good program that I can use to try bulk up going 3 possibly 4 times a week depending on work, I know it might not be optimal for it but currently it's the best I can do. Plus any advice on finding the correct weight to start off with would be appreciated. Thanks for your help.
  19. Hi guys New on here just looking for some advice been training solid for over a year now. Lost 20 pounds in weight and still tweaking my diet as i go. By no means am i ripped or have a bulk in muscle which is why i am frustrated and considering using. Im 30 5ft 11 and currently 180lbs body fat is roughly 17% so think i need to lose more body fat but i want to gain lean muscle also. Been thinking of starting anavar cycle as ive been told its the mildest with smaller chance of side effects. Should i do anavar only or use it with something else? And what PCT should i use? Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
  20. Greetings friends, I'll tell you a bit about myself then seek some advice from you guys. If you think you can, and are willing to aid me with some sound advice, then please chime in. I am 40 yrs old now and very out of shape, to the point that my legs actually shake just walking down the stairs. 9 years ago I went to the doctor because I was suffering with chronic fatigue and I was losing a lot of blood from my anus multiple times per day. After multiple tests I was diagnosed with Crohns disease and multiple fistulas. I went from being 235lbs and 12% body fat down to 140lbs and unable to exercise whthin 7 months. Over the years I have been on various different medications with no improvement. The medication I was on for the last year (Humira) didn't help my symptomes and resulted in deep depression and anxiety. I have now decided to come off all medication and deal with consequencies, what ever happens happens. However I feel that I need to get fit and strong again, even if its just for my own sanity. I have tried several times to work out, but no matter how easy i take it I always seem to be floored for days, even weeks after each work out. Because of the Crohns disease I dont absorb alot of nutrients from my diet or anything thats taken orally, so the first bit of advice I'm looking for is.... What suppliments are absorbed quickly and easily by the body that would be beneficial for me and help me train and limit the chronic fatigue? The second bit of advice i'm after is.... Could anyone recommend any specific types of training or excercises that are good for gradually increasing fitness, keeping my motivation up and things that I can start at a rediculously low level to avoid the exhaution and slowly build up? The final part of this is about low dose test shots. I am a bit older than I was in the old days when I used to train and I am wondering peoples opinions on test shots. I have looked all round the net and haven't found any definitive answers on whether it would help or hinder me. So if anyone has any experience or has heard about anyone who has had experience of test shots and Crohns I'd love to hear from you. Sorry that was a bit of an autobiography but if you've read it all, I can't wait to hear from you. Thanks guys.
  21. Hi, new to this forum. I've been working out on and off for past two years. Over last 6 months I've got more serious about going gym 3 time per week minimum. As well as playing football 5 a side 3 times per week. I'm about to finish a 8 week 20mg dbol cycle. I know that oral only cycle aren't recommended however after my research I concluded that it would give me the boost to strength and recovery I wanted. I realise I did not need steroids to achieve my goals however I took that decision. I was hoping to get some advice about what areas of my body I need to work on to gain better proportions. My intention is not to be huge but lean and well proportioned. Also for Pct I've got novelex 20mg and intend to take it for 5 week post cycle. I managed to put on a stone in weight with only 2% fat increase over the past 6 months of training and one cycle. I've attached the before and after photo of around 6 months training.   22. Hi this is a last resort as I'm not usually one to join forums but I want to see if anyone else has gone through this..... I'm 33 and for many years been stuck around 50kg which is ridiculous, 3 years ago a dietitian prescribed for me Aymes powder shakes and Fresubin juices to try and boost my weight which I continue to take, unfortunately there's still no difference. It's now getting to the point where I feel even more depressed about this which doesn't help as I'm a borderline asthmatic although generally it's very well controlled, it doesn't interfere with my everyday activities such as walking which I enjoy. At this moment, I'd be so happy just to see an increase of a very small amount to 52 or 53kg anything would be better than staying at 50kg while eating plenty and drinking those shakes and yet nothing to show for it. On the positive side, I've had lots of tests done and nothing of concern has been found. Recently had a full blood count, thyroid etc all normal the doctor said, so I honestly don't know what else to try.

    Hi! **essay warning** So I’ve just joined this forum as I really want to start body building. I don’t want to be extreme, but would love to be toned and I guess a bit sculpted! I am a gym member already and am rather bored of what I do in there when I get there. I’ve lost 2 stone over the last 6 months to finally become a size 8-10 uk using a mixture of diet and gym work. It was great to get the weight off but I’m not toned in my tummy area at all! In fact I have an unhappy looking belly button ? I eat a lot of protein already. I do have a cheat day every Sunday. But I’m not losing anymore weight? I’ve been the same for the last month. To add to that, my role at work has stepped up and I’m doing longer days. So because of this I’m now struggling to have any energy to keep up with the gym and have started to skip dinners when I get in. My whole routine has been demolished. I wake up at 5am (naturally), but don’t leave the house for work until 8am. I don’t get home until 730-8pm. And by then I’m knackered! I’ve downloaded the 8fit app to do daily exercises. I’ll do a couple a week and then find myself fobbing it off to do housework or my partner rings me whilst he is travelling to work and so I sit on the phone for an hour. Even though we live together ? I really want to get on a plan and get a routine going again but I’m struggling to see how I can fit things in. I find it easier to control my eating than control my exercise. What diet should I be following? I also really need advice on what I can do at home on days I can’t get to the gym because of its opening times. And what I should be doing when I’m there on my days off. Any help appreciated!
  24. Knee pain after lifting

    Hi,On sundayI did some dumbell lunges with 10kg dumbells and when i took the dog out for a walk around 3 hours later my left knee had a dull sharpish pain right at the front of the knee cap. It's strange because I've been running and walking on it for months with no pain what so ever and as soon as I start this exercise my knee starts hurting?? I am thinking it could be my form? So i kept my toes pointing straight forward and knees straight forward also but i am aware your knees should be kinda facing outwards when you squat so is it my form?I am new to weight lifting so form Is pretty awful at the moment so If anyone could give me any advice or help on this I would muchly appreciate it.   25. Hi everyone So I started my first cycle and I was given sustabol 250(sustanon) along with methandianone and I was told I wouldn't need to take the tamoxifen 20mg for the first week! I have the tamoxifen and I got told to take 1 tablet a day to stop gyno which I'm seeing signs of and have lumps behind my nipples currently but I looked it up and I'm getting mixed answers about amount and when to take them, I'm on my second week and I've take 1 ml the first week and 2ml the second week in due my next shot but I'm gonna stop my cycle now! should I wait till the sust leaves my system or should I up my dosage now and how else can I treat my gyno, any help is greatly appreciated
