Shepherds pie
Ingredients:
1kg new potatoes (mash)
200ml semi skimmed milk (for the mash)
750g 5% fat lean minced beef (fry)
300g Carrots (boiled)
1 x Shepherds pie mix (flavours/broth)
500ml Beef gravy (to put on top when served)
The above makes 4 BIG portions

Method:
(1) Boil potatoes, 20mins
(2) Cut Carrots into slices & boil, 15mins
(3) Fry mince until brown, 15 mins
(4) Make broth, using the mix & hot water
(5) Add drained carrots to mince, stir in.
(6) Add broth to mince/carrots - Stir & let simmer, 15 mins
(7) Drain and Mash the potatoes, adding milk & water
(8) Once mince is brown & done, spread evenly on the bottom of a baking tray
(9) Put the mash on top, spread evenly over all the mince (draw a dick, optional)
(10) Put in preheated often (200degrees), for abour 1 hour until golden brown
