JHMuscle got a reaction from gavzilla in Galenika Testosteron Depo - Real or Fake?
I've used those Galenika ampules on two separate occasions, from two separate UGL suppliers, in two different years, and were ran both times for a 10 week cruise at 250mg a week.
Both times were absolutely fine - no issues at all other than a couple of amps were slightly underdosed in terms of oil volume - I was getting the occasional 0.8 and 0.9ml which was the only reason why I haven't used them since. But in terms of potency, no issues whatsoever.

    There's nothing wrong with them.
I've used Galenika on several occasions (all from different sources), mainly for cruising.
If they were fake I'd know about it.

When I USED to sell bits I had a girl doing my posting for me for a bit and she accidentally sent 5 boxes of hygiene growth to somebody that ordered just a few vials, I went nuts, told her to sort it out and she fu**ing resent another 5 boxes to the same person again  as you can imagine the lad dissapeared off the face of the earth. What a touch for him.

Never been scammed but had the opposite - bought a couple of vials of test last year off an online site (which will stay un-named) and the guy sent me the same order twice a week apart, so ended up getting four vials of test
I've also ordered gear where they've discovered they didn't have it in stock and they've literally sent me the money back in cash through the post

I'm not a big coffee drinker - only one of two cups a week for me but when I do I like the good strong stuff - I'm using this one at the moment and the roast no.5 (in the purple packaging) is a good one too.

Nexus and SG both good - have used both extensively in the last couple of years. Nexus only more recently though. They're probably my two most used labs to be honest.
Would love to know how people are getting hold of this mythical "dark ghost" I keep hearing about!

No recent pics I'm afraid, tend not to take them very often.
I've never had my bodyfat measured but I can see my abs and I tend to use that as the marker for bulking - when you can no longer see the abs you're too fat and need to go on a mini-cut.
Measurements-wise before all this lockdown started my arms were 20.5in, chest was around 51in and quads were 28.5in.

Same here - since sacking off the gym last week I've been drinking whisky nearly every night and enjoying every minute of it. I know as soon as the gyms re-open again I'll switch back to hard training and a good diet like nothing ever happened.
My knees are going to feel 20 years younger after all this and looking forward to getting under some heavy weights again.

I didn't say they'd be reopening in 2 weeks, I said the position would be reviewed.
As for reopening, I wouldn't like to make a guess - we're not as far behind the likes of Italy and Spain as some suggest, maybe only a week or so but if we get their levels of positive cases then it could be months before re-opening could be considered.
I just hope everyone gets their s**t together and isolates effectively so we don't end up like these other countries.

The gym/restaurant/clubs/bars closures are going to be reviewed in 14 days - fingers crossed that they get the green light to reopen.
Given the potential social unrest and the difficulties enforcing literally thousands of pub closures, I don't think it's the sort of thing that can be adequately policed so I reckon they'll be looking to open things back up as soon as possible.  If they reopen the pubs, then the gyms will be allowed to repoen as well - given the importance the nation puts on exercise and well-being.

The test 300 is fine - I've used several vials of it last year with another couple in reserve. No real pip issues with it either from what I remember.
Using Nexus at present for a test/deca blast but will be returning the SG test 300 for a cruise.

JHMuscle got a reaction from EpicSquats in Mortgage interest rates - How do they work?
From those figures you've got a 65% LTV (Loan to Value) - this will put you in the 75% LTV bracket range from your lender (but not quite good enough for a 60% LTV rate - that's the next bracket and the lowest they go).
Depending on the lender of course (I checked with my own lender First Direct) and assuming you want to borrow over 25 years you'll get an interest rate of around 1.75% for a 2-year fixed rate repayment mortgage which means you'll pay £267 a month.
No idea what the  figures are for variable rate or offset mortgages as I've never been interested in these.
For the interest rate calculation I use this link:
    https://www.theguardian.com/money/mortgage-calculator
It's only worth changing to another provider if they offer a better interest rate and overall deal.

How do you work that out? 45% of people who voted, voted for SNP, that's not a majority and that's assuming everyone who voted for SNP voted because they wanted Independence rather than all the freebies they get under SNP.

JHMuscle got a reaction from sabsigseven in Current Opinions on SiS Labs
I've used their test depot 300 and had mixed results - some were good and others you kind of felt it was underdosed - this was a few years ago mind you and I didn't get any bloodwork done whenever I used them. Also quite expensive compared to other labs.
I've heard others say their orals were bunk but I used their anadrol back in 2016 - it's the only time I've ever used anadrol and never again - that stuff was horrendous so it certainly wasn't fake! Extreme nausea and appetite suppression - the negatives vastly outweighed the positives and I had to bin it after about 7 or 8 days.
Wouldn't risk using SIS again when there are much more reliable labs out there.

JHMuscle got a reaction from swole troll in Performance enhancing drug discussion: Equipoise
I've just finished my 16-week test/equipoise cycle - ran both at 500mg a week. Going on a 250mg test cruise now and then getting bloods done before going on a test/deca cycle in the new year. Both test and eq were by Southern Ghost.
Overall I'm very happy with the cycle - particularly the strength gains where I've improved in all areas. Bear in mind I've been training for nearly 27 years (I'm 42 years old) and gains are fairly slow to come by. Bodyweight has gone from 250lbs to 258lbs which for me is a lot - cals were between 5,000-5,500 each day to maintain a small surplus.
Appetite was great throughout and only took a blip at around week 10 when I experimented with some Nexus tbol to push me through a few strength plateaus but it was a waste of time and I binned it after 10 days use due to appetite suppression. No issues with Nexus themselves (my future test/deca cycle is going to be purely Nexus) but tbol (as with all orals bar anavar) doesn't agree with me - stay away from using orals when bulking!
Overall would definitely recommend this cycle and would do again. Would be interesting to see if gains improve if I were to go 750/750 so maybe that's one for next year at some point.

I felt that the main strength from EQ came in from the Hunger, it was insatiable, you can stuff yourself full and then in an hour be ravenous again
only other side id be careful of is that it made me feel like i had a lot of internal pressure inside, like a balloon which had been filled with too much water, aspirin helped to a degree until you get mini blood spots around your shoulders and arms. All in all still highly rate this compound.
i found it mildly entertaining going to buffet places, having a few plates of food, feeling full, then 30 minutes later watching the expression of horror on the staffs face as i go and pile some extra plates, eventually i got kicked out..

JHMuscle got a reaction from swole troll in Performance enhancing drug discussion: Equipoise
It's not too bad for strength - I'm on week 11 of my test/EQ cycle (500mg a week of both) and I'm consistently beating PBs on most of my lifts, even if it is only by one or two reps at a time. It did take quite a while to kick in though and I didn't start making progress on the cycle until about week 7 onwards. I'm now as strong as I've ever been but I think deca/NPP does beat it for strength. The cycle is due to last 16 weeks in total and then I'll get bloods done followed by a cruise into the new year.
Considering the last time I ran a test/NPP cycle I did 600 test and 450 NPP so it was a marginally higher overall dosage and that could have played a part too.
I'll likely be running a 13-week test and deca cycle of 600mg each from about February next year and expect to make better gains than test/EQ but overall I would still rate it for strength.
