I hardly ever have pizza but when I do, I treat myself to a proper decent one. Stuffed crust, meatfeast from dominoes or papa John’s, garlic and herb dip   Supermarket pizza just doesn’t compare and if I’m eating loads of calories, I Wana enjoy the hell out of it.

Sounds all abit of a a mess tbh &  like you haven’t actually dialled in your right dose or frequency - with bloodwork.  It seems you’ve implemented changes to injection frequency, dose, added & increased an AI, added nolva etc and it’s all got abit more complicated then it needs to be.
Im doing 150mg wk and I’d recommend 140-150mg Sust E7D. No AI. Keep an eye on e2 sides, if existing gyno is of concern run ralox. I personally don’t think TRT should warrant AI use, as majority of times it can can be avoided with the right test dose and frequency. Exceptions for some who over aromatise of course but it’s rare.
Also, pretty sure you’re not Going to see an increase in cognitive function by increasing your test dose by say 25mg... I mean maybe and perhaps a nice theory on paper, not sure it works like that in practice though. You’ll Definitely effect that with crashing or lowering your E2 too much though. Estrogen is a good thing (in range, and better to be borderline  high then low).

My mate has been single forever cos he’s abit of a c*nt if I’m honest but he went on an in person date with a girl who (had just had a negative test result) was “all over him” and he was paranoid about covid to the extent he pushed her away and when it “went online”, it just phased out I guess. I get it’s Hard during a pandemic, but not in his case. Lol.

I added in the mast e much later on... had been on deca quite a while and noticed less sides if test dose is equal or higher than the deca.
With the addition of mast e, the weird anxiety that had been looming over me seemed to lift by the second jab.
I also played with lowering my AI but found the mast wasn't as effective for that.

Encouraging working from home and minimising contact with others is helping. But not necessarily the lockdown (which for those still unable to work from home or work at all, changes very little).  I still think it’s abit nonsensical the extent of restrictions on all.. but I’m not a selfless/heartless person ignorant to the deaths.. but At the same time I need my livelihood/career back at some point.

I’d like to say this is true but you’ve only got to look on here at the doses and different compounds some say they use that years ago would leave me thinking that they must know what they’re doing, must look great etc and then you see a pic and they either look like they barely train, either small or fat. Best part is that they’ll be found in the steroid/peptide sections giving advice like they’ve had great results!!
    After 30yrs of training and reading various literature put out by pros and these ‘experienced’ types, I have found it best to not believe a bloody word of their bullshit and to do my own thing. There are 2 reasons for this;
1, everyone responds differently to training, diet, gear.
2, it’s hard to distinguish between who’s being honest, most if not all are full time bullshitters who downplay the gear(easier bit), up play the training and diet(harder bit).

Best of all is when someone tries to tell me that X must be telling the truth because he’s quite open. Yeah sure, they’re just saying what it takes to get people watching, like they’re doing something right without using much gear, bit like fake nattys.

I Was in hospital 2 days ago for a routine CT scan. (a big busy London hospital),  took me Awhile to find the right department so was walking around.. very quiet/normal. Granted I didn’t see the ICU and covid wards but the main entrance wasn’t guarded by security and I didn’t see any soldiers around the place “helping the nhs” - like I’d seen reported on the news for this hospital a few days prior.  Im Not saying the NHS isn’t overwhelmed but I’d agree that the media like to paint a picture that isn’t always fully accurate.

Him claiming that he went through with the peptide experiment because the studies were done on monkeys is no different to people clutching onto the cardarine rat studies to justify their usage.
Funny how people would put their health at such great risk to lose body fat.
I've said it a million times, you can diet down to body fat so low that you die from starvation with no drugs whatsoever
Yet people will take experimental drugs or abuse stimulants putting a strain on their likely already impaired heart from all the AAS to diet a little quicker
Sure if you're truly getting to the nitty gritty I can see the argument for an appetite suppressant or short term beta agonist course, but I'm seeing people start a cut and immediately looking to clenbuterol, DNP or lesser trialled substances associated with renal failure and cancer growth....
Back to the OP, Bostin was pretty reckless but not as obscene as people like to make out.
Look to some of Paul Borrison's writing or even Dan Duchaine
Plenty of abuse going on, like all sports
    Think Goldman's dilemma.

These Will Help To a certain extent. As will soundproofing the room (can be costly to do this though). Drums by nature are just damn loud. Electric is a good option as @Bensif said. But with a standard kit, mesh heads will make a big difference, as will a dampener in the bass drum, low volume cymbals and using brushes or rods instead of sticks (but no player ever wants to do this typically). The best advice would be simply go out lol.

Theres a difference between cruising (high enough to hold gains) and TRT (high enough to replace normal levels. I think the criticism comes when guys are claiming TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) but taking way more than natural levels for any age (more like Testosterone Enhancement Therapy) Personally, I don’t care what others do, so long as they’re aware of the difference and the potential health risks.
I blast and cruise. If I ever give up gym life, I’ll either stop gear altogether, go for a true ‘Dr prescribed’ TRT or, failing that, a ‘self medicated guess’ TRT.

Pez189 got a reaction from Spieren in My bloodwork - Is this normal for my dosage?
No worries. It’s abit odd to get bloods done 4 or 5 days in, normally you’d either get trough or peak, yours is neither. 150mg E7D peak reading would you have around the same level I’d expect, hopefully with Estrogen up but in range and you can drop the AI. 225mg is not exactly a TRT dose tbh.
why do you suspect test is underdosed? UGL? If so, which lab?  (Also 0.5mg adex would be “typical” to run against 500mg test e for example, running double that AI dose with 225mg, although everyone aromatises at different rates, it’s no surprise you crashed your E2)
