    Cheers for the advice. I cut as I was overweight and wanted to get weight down and get my body in a good condition before starting. I will be avoiding steroids etc as I personally don’t believe in all of that I personally would rather be natural.

    Cheers for the advice I think that’s the way I’m going to go. I’ve been on a drastic cut down to 1,500 calories now sitting just above maintenance at 2,630. currently 11 Stone 4lbs Age 29 5ft 11

    Hi All I’m male, 29 5ft 11 - 11 stone 4lbs Around 21st of Jan I started exercising and cut calories.Below pictures are before (right) and after (left) I’m not switching to start a bulk and to build muscle. Is this a good starting point? Or do I need to continue to cut? No doubt I will gain lots of knowledge from this forum.Any tips would be greatThanks

    Have you tried Pheasant? Most people also give it away free if you’re happy to skin it etc.
