  1. Hello!

    Hey, So I started loosing weight around 2 years ago and lost around 10 stone mostly 2 days cardio and 2 days lifting up untill the last 6 months when I stopped going to the gym altogether but went back last week and enjoying it again but only doing weights now but I bought a mountain bike I'm hoping to get the use of once the weather gets abit better as I never did drop that Christmas weight back off lol
