    Get one done before you start prep and say one 2, thirds way through or more, there no right or wrong way, but bare in mind your levels will be all over the shop, especially closer to the end.
    Hard dieting and intense training will scew your blood work massively and chances are youl ignore them anyway to finish the job and get on stage anyway...medichecks is cheap and quick you can get a full panel and maybe hormones done for around a 100 quid give or take.. personally i wouldnt bother with multiple tests and just get one done at the begining.

    I've spoken to a bodybuilding coach yesterday, with a view to competing in men's physique, he had a look at me and said no, but I could be competitive in open bodybuilding and will help me prep for April. 
    At this point the largest dosage I've ever run was 1.5g, in this case I'll be pushing it higher, which brings with it health concerns.
    Any information on where I could get a decent blood test done, when it should be done during the prep, and approximate cost would be much appreciated.

    You was in decent shape in the photos.  What sort of shape are you in computed to that at the moment as I would you may want to look at adding a few more lbs of mass before the cutting stack. Then I believe you could do well I the class you mentioned

    Quick update... I'm on day 5/70,  feel good, a bit of sweating at night but I'm actually sleeping really well. The cosmetic effect of tren is insane, I look about five pounds heavier. Looking forward to seeing some gains.

    I was training six days a week until lockdown, I'm working off a three day split now for better recovery. 
    Days 1 and 2
    three sets of squats, three sets bench press, three sets overhead press, three sets dips, three sets chin ups, three sets barbell rows, three sets of dumbell rows, three sets of barbell curls and three sets of hammer curls, three sets concentration curls
    Day 3
    One set of 5 deadlifts

    I've been cruising on test since December (after 18 months off and still low test), I've dieted through lockdown, currently 80kg around 10-12%...
    Switching to 500mg test cyp 200mg tren enanthate with 0.5mg arimidex 2xpw for ten weeks, I've done blasts before but years ago, I'm hoping to get 3/4kg lean mass, to finish up in good shape for some marketing pics. 
    Just hoping for a bit of input/feedback, any advice welcomed.

    So if he is eating 5000 calories and getting 1500 of these from ice cream you don’t see a problem with that.
    Hes on test and tren. His diet should be pretty dialled in instead of making nearly a third of his calories with fcukng ice cream. Laughable. Especially at his development.

    It’s far easier to do than it sounds. I’ve done similar amounts on a bulk and upset my kids cos I ate all the ice cream

    I can’t see how anyone at 6 foot tall and 12 odd stone would look decent. Not a fu**ing chance.
    I highly doubt you need 7000 calories each week to gain. If that is correct your maintenance is around 6-6500 calories. Nonsense.
    Your training is also sh1te. Needs a complete revamp.
    Have you any pictures of what you look like at present? 
     
    Only sensible thing you have done is chose a low dose of tren. Even though you don’t need it.

    7k+ calories at 80kg bw to gain weight? Have you got a tapeworm or what's going on? Did you actually count calories or is it an estimate?

    I couldn't comment on the drugs mentioned above. Ive read what someone mentioned that higher test ratio can increase the sides. 
     
    I'm the same height and weight as you and the same kind of body fat. Im 44 and know after 25 years of training ive maxed out my genetics will allow. Unfortunately I have not been dealt the best had for being big, I can get heavier and stronger but that just goes hand in hand with getting fatter. 
    I think you've done well to stay in what is a good respectable condition if you've been suffering low t. 
     
    Has taking the test not helped things along? Its only been just over 6 months, maybe hang on a bit longer see what happens. As mentioned above tren is strong. Could you not add in some primo or mast if you're looking for a bit more progression and leave the tren till you've ran a bit more gear and gained a bit more.
