    Has anyone here tried Progenadrex? I have currently been on Olympus Labs Massacr3 with 8 weeks with great results but finishing of my second bottle. Can I take Laxogenin long-term as well since it is a non-hormonal?

Previously did 6-day PPL routine but looking to train for 5 days a week and still hit the muscle groups twice a week. I was looking at PHUL with an extra day on Saturday for shoulders. Any others?

  11. Muscles feel soft after really intense workout.

    It is normal for your muscles to deflate a couple of days after your workout, they will look most pumped during and shortly after your workout. Remember that triceps are two thirds of the arm, train your long head with close-grip bench press and tricep extensions and train your lateral head with close grip push-ups and straight arm pull-downs if you want to develop big arms.
  12. What is the correct gram of protein per lb of bodyweight? I have read different guides and some say 1 grams while others say 1.4 grams or 2 grams.

    I like Bodybuilding Warehouse Performance Mass as it doesn't cause GI issues and they have discounts often, many of the cheaper weight gainers are packed with sugar while premium brands as such as Optimum Nutrition is expensive for the amount of powder you get.
