    i wasnt cheating but the break up was sort of coming for a while , i really liked my new misses when i met her years ago plus all my pals that know her really well used to say how nice she is etc , she's already showed me how lacking my relationship was in comparison and although neither of us was cheating it wasn't nice the way the brake up came around my X misses said ? it's done for good so I moved on instantly it may not be ideal but it's worked I'd never go back so I'm definitely over it

So I've got a much better idea about diet now I got well fat over crimbo and during the start of Corona I was about 26% bf maybe more , I've now been training hard for 10 weeks so after a month of training hard while eating 3000 cals a day 225 g protein 410 g carbs 50 g of fat roughly a day for a month with push pull legs 6 day spilt 30 mins brisk walking not alot happend I lost about a kg , Then I was eating 2500 cals 220 g protein 310 g carbs 40 g fat for about 3 weeks I lost a few kgs Then 2100 cals since 2 weeks ago with about 215 g protein 36 g fat And 280 g carbs I've lost a couple of kg again According to online bf calculators using measurement I've dropped about 8% bf and I've also lost almost 4 inches on my waist I've also gained muscle but I'm on a test cycle I've been upping my cardio intensity using incline walking for about 40 mins a day Now the stairmaster for about 40 mins and about 10 mins incline walking per day even on rest days and I also I have 1 cheat meal a week I'm about to add another 10 mins cardio a day then I'm gonna try 1800 cals a day I've been telling myself I need to get down to 10% bf asap then I can bulk but I've started to realise considering where I started from this isn't gonna happen so I'm thinking Ive gotta aim for 15% bf and maintain there for a while what would u do if u was me , is this doable ? I know if I go lower I probably don't have enough muscle to even look like I train il include 2 photos 1 from 10 weeks ago one from 2 weeks ago I've lost another 2 kg since then so I'm a little slimmer my abs are just starting to show Also If I manage to get to 15% bf on 1500 cals what would my maintenance be for this 1500 cals ?

    So I've recently finished my first 14 week cycle of 500 mg of test e a week I'm not coming off I've been cruising at 150 mg a week for a month im gonna start using HCG any help would be appreciated I have bac water so I'm gonna add 1 ml of water to this .01 ml is. Gonna be 250 IU ? Should I pin this twice a week and how long for ? I'm gonna cruise for 14 weeks total then blast again then consider coming off , I'm in a new relationship so don't wanna come off just yet thanks

    Hi mate , long story but basically as I was due to come off ( aka 14 weeks ) my misses decided to end our relationship after 18 years so I didn't think I could handle the emotional rollercoaster so I started cruising @ 150 mg a week , I was only training 3 times a week for a month and my diet went out the window ,but I've got a new misses now she's unreal to be fair much better so it's all good im gonna carry on cruising then blast again then maybe come off ? I've also joined kings as ive moved back to South london
