Can anyone give me advice on how to correct an anterior pelvic tilt? Turns out the broken elbow (olecranon, the part of the ulna that connects to the radius and humerus) from years ago is causing me to overcompensate with my left side, effecting my posture, and my lumbar support in my lower back, making most core, shoulders, leg exercises seem lob sided Any advice is welcome!! And very much appreciated! It’s got to a point where if I do leg raises when I raise my Left leg there is a loud click every time! Doesn’t hurt but is uncomfortable, and it’s the same for sit ups and Russian twists, as I say any advice would be massively appreciated!!
