    Hello everyone So i have started having just 1 smoothie a day for breakfast so i have blackcurrants , blackberry, raspberry,strawberry ,orange with a bit of apple and mango juice (100% pure not from concentrate) to help it blend better. Is this okay to have for breakfast? Just i know fruit has tons of sugar in natural i know but sugar is sugar i suppose just dont want it to start making me fat lmao. Cheers guys

    Hello everyone So i am in 2 minds on which new trainers to get for the gym So first we have to reeboks wich are more like running trainers and have nice 'massage memory foam souls' which are nice but i heard stuff like this is no good for weight training. Secondly we have the GUL trainers that are completely flat and are kinda like been barefoot and i heard these are better for weight training. I am not sure which the go for as i do 30mins cardio every session and maybe the GUL ones will hurt my feet on cardio and they are meant for water sports , but are good because its like being bare foot but then the reeboks will be better for cardio but im guessing not so for weight training. Thanks guys

    So i have started 'cutting' now due to wanting to get leaner and more 'shredded' as i have put a little bit of fat on from eating utter crap over the winter etc. Normally when cutting my diet consists of chicken breast , veg , rice , protein powder as i only stick to the bare clean basics. I have been thinking and i am going to try just drinking protein shakes instead of meals so meal 1 .Protein powder 200ml milk , bit of water , oats and protein powder all blended up . Meal 2 . Protein powder + water . Meal 3. post workout Protein powder 200ml milk , bit of water , oats and protein powder all blended up . Meal 4. Protein powder and water . So i was thinking of trying this just to see what results i would get from this and how quickly the fat would go. But is this a bad idea? As i was thinking maybe not eating solid foods will fck my digestive system and body up and maybe its just generally bad to do it this way . Thanks a lot

I always buy from MyProtein and always have as they seem to be the cheapest as they continuously have discount on so i can get 5kg sack of flavoured whey for £42 inc delivery at MyProtein. Is there anywhere out there cheaper than this with the same quality? Thank you

  8. Hi Everyone! So anyone else find the bench press be the weakest compound lift ? (I AM NATTY) Just ever since ive started training ive always always had a weak bench press i can only bench 220lbs for 6 reps and its been like this now for years i just can get past 220lbs. I mean i dont train for strength im purely bodybuilding but its just strange how my strength hasn't naturally gone up over years. I can deadlift 450lbs but i can't bench 220lbs and i didnt even start deadlifting until about 2 years into training and ive done bench press since day 1. I just dont understand why my bench press is so weak and why it hasnt naturally got stronger over the years and what makes it even more strange is my chest is one of if not the most aesthetically strong body part.

    Hi everyone hope your good! So just wanting a bit of advise because basically i don't know if im been a "psycho insecure c**t" as i've been called or if i have a right to be this way. So im 23 girlfriend is 21 been together just over 2 years plenty of ups and downs and plenty of arguments due to me been "insecure" . So last night my gf went out with friends to a city about 45mins away from our town and i am not going to lie i do get a bit anxious when she goes out even though i have no real reason to be as i know she is loyal and has never done anything but i still don't really like it when she goes out anyway so she went there i wasn't really too fussed then at 2:30am she gets a minibus back with everyone and most of them went home as they'd been out since 10pm and it was 3:00am when they got back , but no not my gf she decided at 3:00 to back into our local town and to a nightclub till 5:30am. So in my personal opinion i think that's not on in a relationship like why does she feel the need to go to a nightclub at 3am when she's already been out all night and it has really p*ssed me off and i kinda think its sly she has to go one step further and stay out and i just think you shouldn't do that in a relationship wouldnt any normal gf come back to yours at 3am not go out partying till 5:30 i mean she did try come to mine after still but my doors was locked. So guys the above has just happened and sh(t similar to this happens a lot where i get p)ssed off over this type of stuff . Am i overprotective , insecure and crazy or is she in wrong?

I was speaking to a friend and he said he only ever takes it pre workout and its pointless taking when i wake up. When is the best time ? Thanks
  13. Hi guys , so i think im going to start taking my MalayTiger clenox from monday at just a quarter of a tab a day as ive heard they are majorly overdosed . My main concern is when i come off them will i put all the fat ive lost back on ? As clen speeds up your metabolism and HR etc so when you come off your body will start metabolising as it normally would which in my case is very f((king slow so im thinking if its got use to that you will pile it all back on when you come off kinda like if you go keto then start eating loads of carbs again. Thank you

  15. Hi everyone so im taking Malay Tiger clenox starting monday , I have never taken any PED's in my life and am taking these just to cut and shred up slightly faster than it would normally take. I have heard these are very overdosed so i was thinking take a quarter of a tab a day for a week then in second week up it to half a tab a day then come off for a week then start again on half a tab for a week then a tab for a week. Thanks guys any advise and help would be appreciated.
