  1. Do you count calories?

    I'm looking at toning up and don't know what diet to do! How often should I go to the gym? Do I count calories? Any advice would help. I'm a healthy weight female with the standard body fat. Could lose we around my stomach and thiighs

    Hiya all! I have been in recovery from anorexia now for 2 years and im now having to admit im out of shape. Ive built up my muscle but now want to lose the fat but keep my muscle. Whats the best diet to do this? Keto? Im worried a calories deficite will reduce my muscles. Thanks for your help guys!
