Gyms not being open have an impact on physical and mental health. The effects are less in warmer months when you can get out and walk, run, cycle etc but come the colder months issues will start to mount.
This whole lockdown is a political farce .....the virus is terrible to a small % or population and mild for most. While we wait for treatments or vaccine we should never have locked down but followed good hygiene , work from home where possible  and social distance when out in public as best as possible. Contact tracing should have been in place February time along with testing....the government messed up now have to been seen as ultra cautious otherwise people will think they are bad and won’t vote for them.

I don’t think there is any study that shows a difference , a lot of the info is hear say on forums.

i have been on trt for 3 years (nothing extra). I know what my pre t levels are so I might do an experiment in a year or so and come off, I am confident that my pre levels would be back within 6 months.

Absolutely, there is no concern with either method. Some just like the convenience of once a week injections.

Personally I would go for once a week with sustanon, at least 2 of the esters will start over lapping and your blood readings before each injection will be around 40 nmol before spiking you to over 100 nmol. SHBG acts as the buffer that stabilises the blood levels so it’s highly unlikely you would notice any difference x1 vs x2 a week.

As long as there was no underlie issue with T levels before hand most will recover eventually. A lot of the time people don’t give it long enough or they didn’t have a base line before hand.

For those who have been on cycle for a while just drop down to 150mg of test a week for a few months to stabilise levels and health , from there then decide if you want to come off altogether. Much easier doing it that way then cold turkey in my opinion.

this thread is about cruise doses

"I am on TRT (1ml Sustanon E10D) and am thinking of adding in deca for 12 weeks on , 12 weeks off , maybe along with dbol. "

    has no relevance to that

start a new thread if you want feedback on your cycle

lgd and rad are the best I've found. rad is very good with 19nors as it seems to combat the mental sides.
careful on TRT test as they cause SHBG to crash which can often cause your exogenous test to clear quicker, so you might need to change your try doses.
there are no "mixed" reviews on their effectiveness, its medically reviewed and shown to work. mixed reviews on effectiveness would be CBD oil or cold water immersion. if you're a big lad you will need bigger doses than normally cited in the literature. 15-20mg lgd, 30-40mg rad usually does the trick.

He got held up in Ladbrokes waiting for his 92p winnings after his bet on the 4.40 at Redcar came in causing him to be late to his gp surgery appointment for his Trt nebido shot. After he’d been paid at the bookies he tried to get to the surgery before it closed but his testosterone dropped to 6 nmol/l and he collapsed on the steps. There was nothing paramedics could do. Then again there was nothing any medical professional could do for vin without him moaning about it.

Your dose is already pretty low but you can go as low as 100-150 mg. I would have to see your labs. Are you running 250 mg for TRT or cruise and is it UGL or pharma grade?

BPH (bening prostatic hypertrophy).  Prostate can swell on androgens. Happens in some people more than others depending on genetics and age.  It happens to me as well, especially with masteron (dht).  The prostate puts pressure on the bladder and sometimes narrows the urethra, making you want to pee more and/or making it harder to pee.

Cialis works for this problem.  5 mg daily is approved by the FDA. As effective as the reference drug tamsulosin aka flomax with the bonus effect of improved circulation/erection strength.  Cialis/Tadalafil can be easily source from indian and overseas online pharmacies, some countries like the USA have already started offering cost effective generics too.

Think of the prostate swelling the same way you do gyno from tren/deca/high E2. It's a similar phenomenon.

@ElChapo I am running a small 1ml testosterone cycle per week (250mg) I seem to be needing to wee lots , I have no problem with flow etc but seem to empty bladder so much , I wouldn’t say I am over drinking water but just amazed how I keep urinating, it’s pretty clear and no pain - what could be causing this?

if moving isn’t an option then you will have to go speak with the adults again and make it absolutely clear that the noise has to stop.

On paper (studies/science), it seems testosterone would increase fat loss, but in real life it really doesn't do much. It can possibly help burn fat in a deficit, but in real world terms, it's not something you will notice. It does not increase BMR in any significant sense, but if it increases energy/motivation that can increase calories burned if you are going out, exercising, etc.

Does testosterone have any effect directly on BMR other than muscle increase leading to higher BMR? Also does testosterone work through any other path way to burn fat other than calories in vs calories out
    thank you
