  1. Training advice please?

    Hi guys I'm 42 and just started back at a new gym I've trained in past in my twenties and more recently alittle at home. I will be doing 3 sessions a week can anyone offer advice on best body part training split I'm just wanting to lean up and maintain some muscle. I've got my calories sorted but unsure on my workout split and best excersises to perform on these days. Please help and advice. Thanks
