  7. could be a variety of things. it could be that now you are slacking a certain vitamin/nutrient, you could be dehydrated, sleeping less/worse, spending more time in front of a screen. only way to know for sure is to test it and take the multi vitamin again

    that book is a good read. i think what many people forget is that balance is the key. eating meat can be healthy but eating a steak or a burger every day is not healthy. eating a plant based diet has proven to be the healthiest for long term health, but a balanced plant based diet doesn't make you vegan or even vegetarian. my advice to all the people 100% against eating less meat is to try eating less meat and see how you feel.

  14. 40g of protein post workout better than 20g (new study)

    what's funny is that the known protein absorption was always 20-30g in one sitting which is why protein shakes normally fall within that range. but with that knowledge, you'd have to be eating 8+ meals a day. at least now that they say 40g is ideal we can cut that back to 6+ meals

    literally with anything, throw it in your preworkout or protein shake. whatever's easier
