    Because it has a swimming pool where as the other doesn't and plus it's a chain gym so they want to make their $$$.

    I have only ever had an iphone so can't give a good opinion on the others.
    Saying that though every time I am at a concert or somewhere and I see someone else recording or taking a picture with their Samsung I always have to have a second glance at their phone.  I have always noticed Samsung's have a quality picture. 
    I would go for Samsung Galaxy S7.

    @Ultrasonic I couldn't agree more I don't even use my smartphone for it's original purpose anymore..to call people, it's more used to watch videos, social media, text, play games, take pictures etc. (which is the reason my battery always dies).

    Not a pretty sight is all that can be said, plus what on earth was the driver on to be acting so calmly. I understand it says she was DUI but for her to be the way she was is worrying.

    Hi all,
    Looking for advice/guidance on starting a cut.
    I have been training for a couple of years now but never gone in with any concrete knowledge, guidance or EVEN goals, I have just enjoyed training as a hobby and have learnt stuff as I have gone along. I never put much thought into macros/calories or about tracking them until a couple of months ago when I decided to take my training/nutrition to another level or at least a level should I say  and take it more seriously in the goal of getting lean.  
    Stats about myself:
    Age:27 
    Height: 5' 7" on a cold day
    Weight:173lbs/78kg
    Nutrition: 2k Calories on average since tracking calories ( which is around a couple of months) otherwise I couldn't honestly say. I would appreciate help In this area as I feel that I am one of them all or nothing people. Someone who decides to eat 100% clean and dies from hunger after a couple of weeks because they think they will survive on chicken and broccoli along (just an example not saying that's all I eat but I wouldn't say that I am far off. help is needed.)
     
    Macros:
    Protein has been on average around 1lb per kg bodyweight, I would say I the region of 150-200g
    Carbs around the same as my protein and fats around 50g per day
    So around 40/40/20 in terms of ratio but not sure if calculating that properly adds up to 2K calories but that's what my fitness pal says.
    Training regime varies from 3 - 4 times a week Lifting weights, 1 day a week football (usually 2 hours long but not much in terms of intensity)  and 1 day a week endurance/functional circuit training.
    So I am just looking advice for what you guys do for cutting in terms of training i.e Lifting Weights and Cardio and how you set yourself up in terms of nutrition and hitting calories on a cut and hunger being controlled for more than a couple of weeks.
    also curious on how long you would usually do a cut for a I have read a couple of threads which all vary so I am guessing it's more of a personal preference for how long?
    Looking forward to hear what you guys have to say. All comments are welcome as I feel like I need a kick up the A$$
