    Indeed, t’was unpleasant. I’m hoping to do some temping until I can find something permanent. As long as I’m busy and earning money  to pay the bills I will be ok. On the Christmas elf front,I think I would look very fetching in a pair of green tights and a noddy hat, yup...

    As above or 500iu im twice weekly. I pin where you have inoculations. If I forget or can’t be arsed I do 1000iu in one go. Sub-q or im makes no difference. Whether you split the jabs or not, one thing in my experience is you need 1000iu per week. I tried halving it but my jizz dries up on a lower dose.

    I always SQ into belly fat, the amount is so tiny it seems silly to bother with IM.
    Plus I wouldn't mix oil with water so separate jabs.
    I use 5000iu HCG with 1ml of bac water, drawing using an insulin syringe, each 10 is 500iu.
    I normally do 1000iu E7D right after my TRT test jab.

    What else was happening in your life eg stress/pressure/long hours at work, personal relationships, financial issues, recent bereavement Etc. Don’t expect you to say exactly what, just to think about external factors.
    Will probably help if we know what type of gear you were using as well as intensity/level of types of training you do. 
    Did you have bloods done? Also, something I notice with my self (now I’m older) is that training heavy and constantly requires a lot more rest/deload than I used to. I get down, tired, lacking in motivation/energy/desire if I don’t take regular time out. 
     
    I certainly don’t believe ‘taking something’ is the answer. The whole picture needs looking at, first, to decide what needs addressing.

    Personally I don’t do jokes. They are not funny well over 90% of the time. There’s nothing worse than half a dozen pissed up blokes trying to tell jokes in the pub and pretending to laugh at the last joke when all they want to do is butt in and tell the next s**t joke. 
    In fact I don’t get comedy full stop. To me Peter Kay is just a fat c**t from Bolton. Jasper Carrot is a whinging c**t from Birmingham. Chubby Brown is a bloke from Middlesbrough who only says f**k or clitoris.
    They say that Germans don’t do comedy. I’d guess that I’m either German at heart or a miserable bastard.

    I’ve largely stopped watching or listening to any content professional bodybuilders or strength athletes put out. You’d get far better advice from Bensif or Swoll Troll in here to name just 2 but there’s others. Pros generally talk rubbish and are pushing products and services. As for YouTube. Tm cycles is an example of bad advice but he’s got thousands of subscribers

    I’ve had a play around with dosages and found that I got zero sides off off 150 test, 225 tren ace and 200 mast e. I upped the test to 300 and started having very lucid dreams and episodes of quite extreme sweating.
    On the one hand it might be the case that the bump in test wasn’t causative and that the sides were a cumulative effect. Personally I think the sides were due to the increased test but ultimately who knows. 
    I think that most experienced users agree that estrogen can and often does exacerbate tren sides. Both @AestheticManlet and @stuey99 are fans of running low test and higher 19nor. I’ve read plenty of anecdotal stuff from other users who have had issues with say 600 test and just 200 tren but ultimately your response might be different. 
    If you need a small amount of ai then I’d certainly include it.

    Easy prep meal that makes 5 high protein portions with carbs that can be adjusted depending on goals. Can feed it to your other half too.
    Ingredients;
    1kg Turkey breast mince
    2 medium carrots
    3 sticks of celery
    2 whole white onions
    400g passata
    worchester sauce as desired
    Seeds of change organic white sauce (time saver)
    lasagna sheets (amount varies)
    90g 50% reduced fat cheddar,
    salt, pepper, mixed herbs
    A good quality pan, can’t stress this enough (to reduce oil usage)
     
    Method
    Dice all the vegetables and fry on a low heat in a small dash of macadamia nut oil until softened. Season with salt and pepper
    Add the turkey breast mince and brown, letting any water cook out
    Add the herbs and passata and cook until a thick consistency.  Check seasoning and adjust where required. I would recommend salting it until it tastes a bit too salty as you won’t be salting the lasagna sheets
    In a seperate pan, heat up half a jar of white sauce and add 200ml of semi-skimmed milk or milk alternative
    Grab your baking dish and start layering up the mixture as follows; layer of mince, 3 sheets across, couple ladles of white sauce, some cheese. Here you can adjust the number of sheets for how many carbs you want. With the sheets I use, 12 sheets makes each portion around 40g carbs. Repeat the layering process and finish with sheets and cheese on top.
    You can let it cool, cover and cook later, or cook it immediately. 180-200c depending on gas or fan oven for 45 minutes or until browned.
    Easy to scale up to make more portions if you have a ginormous baking dish or multiple dishes.
    50p 45c 5f per portion

    If you know you don't need an AI on 150mg test, then go with that. For those that need/want to keep estrogen out the equation it's always gonna need to be less than 200mg. For me, it's 175mg
    That's job one done
    Job 2 is how high can you handle the tren ontop of that?
    For me, with low test I can run wild with tren
    Others might have a limit
    Job 3 is throw in some mast just to keep any sides low
    For me, 175test/350mast/350-500tren

    Been trying to get my numbers back up lately going from focusing on being leaner and not caring what weights on the bar to now wanting to go past my previous PBs. I’m just copying what I used to do that got me strong in the first place eating more lifting in the 1 to 4 rep range only this time it’s not working. I seem to be getting fatter and also weaker. The weights I lift now for my 1 rep maxes were my warm up weights in the past. I thought muscle memory would kick in but it hasn’t since I started training after lockdown. I’m 15 stone eat around 4K calories and train 5X a week training session 1 bench, incline bench log press, barbel press, a little tricep work. Session 2 squat, deadlift, trap bar deadlift, a little back and bicep work when my arm has gone better. I have taken up running to try and minamize fat gain. I’m not sure if this why I’m getting weaker what do you guys think? It’s mostly just 15 or 20 minutes after each training session. I won’t stop running unless I’m absolute certain that that’s the reason why as I don’t want to be as far as I was

    I’ve only used the sg tren ace but that was gtg.
    Imo, between 150 and 300 test max to minimise e2 which seems to greatly exacerbate tren sides and 200 tren. If you are more advanced you might need more but if you are an average gym rat 200 tren is plenty. It’s a very powerful hormone. Less can be more with tren and you can always increase the dose.

    GHRP2 with Mod GRF was what I was using for a while but switched to generic Gh as for a little extra cost can pin once a day as opposed to 3-5
