If you were 93kg and “muscular” and are now 73kg and have no abs, and/or look good, lean, athletic or in decent lifter/muscle shape generally.
Then trust me, mate, you were never 93kg and muscular.
Same mistake every guy thinks they are, until they actually diet (or just never do) and realise they had far far less than you thought.
You were 93kg fat. Lifted some sort of weight regularly so looked slightly better then regular 93kg fat people, but still 93kg of fat regardless.
    You are now 73kg skinny.
Unless you literally came off gear/stopped eating/stopped lifting, all simultaneously, then perhaps,  you perceivably could go a true muscular to skinny in 4-6 months.
Gain 0.5-1.5lbs a month for a year straight with a small surplus, adequate protein and simple gear usage, and that will solve all your seemingly constant problems and life issues, and apparently body dysmorphia/mental troubles

It’s all well and good you telling us what you’re gonna eat, but without knowing how many cals it adds up to and your TDEE then we can’t help mate.
Your TDEE might be 2800 but the above could be 3100 cals. So you’re gonna gain, not lose so what’s your TDEE and what does all the above add up to mate?

If you have to ask you have no idea how steroids, or even performance enhancing drugs work.
Any athlete or competitor at the top-tier will be taking anything (usually in a clever, calculated and professional sense) to improve their ability. If they didn’t they’d have no chance at the top - as everyone else will be.
The general public need to Get out of the mindset that PED users are “cheaters”. They’re not. They’re the same as everyone else. A level playing field.
Drugs are here, potent, and wider than you can ever imagine.
Even most e-sport competitors are utilising alertness drugs, reaction etc. They’re putting “testing” into most competitions now (to see like they’re doing something - 99% don’t care and will behind the scenes want it, to improve performance and therefore viewership, impact of athlete/competitor etc).
Why? Money. Anything where there’s a substantial amount of money (many e-sports tournaments are worth millions to the winner) that coincides with performance will be using something. Let alone things like boxing etc.

Basically a long mini/low dose blast. I never go above 300-400mg anyway.
Usually run 125mg test 6 months then blast 125mg test and another compound (say 300mg tren E) for 6 months (April-Sep...summer basically).
    noted re ester etc.
If it’s much much healthier to run 250mg test year around then 6 months of even 100-150mg tren then so be it.
    cheers

    hi mate
thinking of dropping to 100/100mg test e/Tren E PW and running for the next few months.
Did before and still made solid progress, looked good with literally no sides (no need for AI or anything) - just one pin a week and go.
Thoughts on this 100/100 test/tren approach? I’d like to push dosages as low as poss for health reasons etc. I get 0 sides or problems with tren up to 400mg pw, so get on well with it
Second question is, comparatively to above, would I be better off just running 250mg test a week? Similar overall mg - would it be substantially better health wise? (I would look worse, no doubt).

Don't disagree in any way mate, but watch this thread unfold and see whether it turns into a natty steve vs head up their asses people argument, or a concise, accurate, scientifically supported thread with proven risks and ways at attempting to REDUCE said risks (whilst still accepting they will undoubtedly be unhealthy and will negatively impact your life at some stage even if all precautions are taken).

95% of what Bensif has put is helpful and you should adopt/try.
What I’ll disagree with is that you have “bad” food choices. In all honesty your diet is better and more varied than 99% of people in here or in the gym. Vegetables/salad, varied protein (meat, fish and dairy), different carb sources. And dairy by the way is one of, if not the best, protein source - in any event, the protein “source” even if sub par will have so so negligible effects. You will NOT see a difference getting 200g protein from whey vs 200g protein from chicken/steak (assuming all other variables are the same). Again, in fact, whey (dairy) is supposedly one of the top, if not best, bioavailability and amino profile sources, if I did ever matter (which it doesn’t).
You also don’t need to “over eat” any macro, including protein. Just have your minimums and fill them (for the record which I think is  including the low fats fine - not an issue on gear).
In short, Bensif’s reply is what I’d expect from someone you’re paying to train you/sound clever/be more informative than you actually need. He’s a respected member with good knowledge, however...
The true, to the point and perhaps most useful reply is this - if you’re not losing weight, you need to move more or eat less. Sorry to be boring but it’s the fact.
2800 is high. I cut on 2300ish including 20 mins cardio a day. I’m 6ft, 14.5 stone, lowish BF (have abs).
“Dropping too fast” is also a stupid myth. Your metabolic rate does NOT and will NEVER crash like the scare stories. Literally starvation studies (not a drop to a high 2800 lol) have shown at most a 10% reduction - and that’s the extreme end.
id drop those cals to sub 2500 and crack on from there - nothing  complicated, nothing hard, just eat less - and weight loss will resume (your tdee drops as your weight does of course).
