    You’re one of the smarter ones on this forum But for anyone to claim that years to decades of abusing copious amounts of non-prescription drugs, anabolic, exogenous hormones, ancillaries, insulin, HGH/peps, off-label drugs for sides at that level (BP etc), diuretics - however you want call or group them, had no effect on his mental health you are loony. Coupled with the fact bodybuilding generally (especially at that insane level) is incredibly unhealthy for both the body and mind, then add in the limelight of being semi-famous and pressure. Yes it was his passion, yes he was fantastic, yes he wouldn’t have it any other way, yes he may have been suffering from other “demons” (it’s not a black or white scenario life)...but Bodybuilding and the above 100% played its part in him ultimately reaching a state to commit suicide and I would go as far as saying if he wasn’t so deep into it, he might have not got to that stage. Huge loss, nonetheless. RIP.

    Are people this stupid? Figures of silly comments like this are obsolete ffs. It’s only been around for 2 months, and only starting to spread throughout EU, UK and US - not even got to Africa India etc. Let’s see in a year (when a vaccine MAY be around), or two, or five years. Guess what. On day 1 of a world war only 200 people died. That’s 200/6bn....I’m not worried! Either Absolute wind up merchants or we as a human race have really reached the pinnacle and most are now mentally declining.
  3. The very fact almost on everyone on here say this is easily attainable, not that impressive blah blah, then proceed to not even look half as good is why I don’t post anymore. So much delusion. All 3 of those physiques are better than 98% of every pic posted in about 70 pages of the rate my physique/post latest pic” thread here on UKM. If you want my advice, however. The answer is to reduce your calories and make sure you’re running 200-500mg of test/dry compounds, oh and downward lighting
  4. Tbh its not ideal at all but ignore the doomsayers. Well done. Now, If you stop losing weight, reduce calories further. All the BS about "oooo what you gunna do when fat loss slows" bur bur don't understand simple thermodynamics or how fat loss occurs in a physically stimulating environment. It just might mean you end up on relatively low cals (sub 2000) so it will be a bit of a mental grind.

  6. Defiantly. I attribute most of my current life which is blessed in so many ways to that decision. No sides whatsoever being honest. Ive done loads of “blasts” 8-16 weeks of low dose tren, or an oral like anavar superdrol etc. Usually run something added throughout summer April-Sep, then test other 7 months. I still think you should run a cycle first, but was just explaining it’s not all doom and gloom like people’s auto response to this question every time
  7. These iron results anything alarmingly high? Everything else was golden. Great cholesterol, test level 30ish so top of range on cruise. Haven’t got any RBC though and haven’t donated in a good 6-8 months+. Normally donate every 3-4 months last few years. thanks bud @ElChapo
  8. I’ve blasted and cruised from 22, (now 26), majority of that has been 150mg test tbh. I was borderline low test before anything, like 9 (on a range of 8-34) So that of a 60 year old. I mean I could get by fine, but looking back, defo not optimal. It was the best decision I ever made, changed my life completely. Success came in many ways, built a great physique, confidence, social and work life - and If my 6-month blood tests and yearly ECG’s anything to go by, still very healthy as well. Taken hcg basically the whole time (except when having issues sourcing). I want a few kids. If you’re not infertile prior to AAS it’s very, very low that you’ll become it. It may just take longer and some help (hcg etc) when the time comes. All in all for you I’d still cycle. But that’s just a level-headed genuine other side to the coin when people say no outright.

    As I said, reporting on my bloods. 4 day after 150mg jab Nexus test e: 34.4 nmol/L .....good to go, if not slightly overdosed. Must be lethargic from other stuff, Wont bore you with free test shb etc. @Oldnewb @CarrotTop @darren.1987

    Been pinning for 5 months 125mg-150mg no issues whatsoever, so have good faith with Nexus. Switched 3 weeks ago to a new one as I ran out (batch etc) and as I say, feeling lethargic etc, but I’m sure the gear is gtg. I’ll post em whatever materialises - people know I don’t BS about.

    125-150mg test and 200-250mg tren PW would be ample for you. No point catapulting towards shedding years off your life (if you b and c after first cycle, and this is your second “blast”/cycle)...when you have a young daughter is there. You’ve just turned 30 and just started using AAS. Have some patience.

  21. 2 full body intense training sessions over last 5 weeks only (been studying), probably low protein but calorie surplus diet wise. Feel like ive lost 2 months of gains, week, fat etc etc. Actual likely-hood of muscle tissue loss? I am roughly 6ft 200lbs maybe 16-18% bf. And on that notice, I will either be bumping test from 125 to 250 and cutting for a month first priming maself, then lean bulking with a 6 week cycle of SD - or I can lean bulk now for 5-6 weeks with SD off the bat, and then just cut all way into summer. I was going to go with option 1 so i feel more athletic, and engaged in training after a few consistent weeks back in the gym before SD (and so I don't end up with too much weight gain from this sedentary version of myself) - what route would be your suggested? Hope that makes sense buddy! @ElChapo

    If I’d seen the pics, no. On the flip side, as you say, reputable with barely issues, top 5 for years. No gurantee any other is even as good, could be far worse and probably is. Perhaps the devil you know is better...so probably yes the more I type this.

  24. Work on your form and triceps. You'd be surprised how little chest strength/mass matters in a flat bench press - its a s**t excercise tbh,
