  1. Glutamine - 40g per day - srs ?

    I have been using it for a while, I cannot swear by How much it helped my recovery in general because it'd be stupid to that's what made me recover fast. It helps ?? may be. But I was on Facebook and Kris Gethin just said he recommends 40 g per day of Kaged Muscle Glutamine. Sounds total BS to me. Does anyone even take that much in a day ?
