    Didn’t rate it tbh mate.
    Last time I used dimensions was a few years back. A certain seller was clearing out their dimensions stuff. Going cheap as chips, I got a load of tren/sib/halo/t3.. which all seemed meh as I was just loading up on it all
     
    iirc, I was taking 3 tabs daily..on a s**t ton of test/tren too.
    Back then they had the hexagonal tabs..iirc not too well pressed..maybe I just got bunk stuff lol

    I’ve been on Tren for a while now and it’s only recently I’ve noticed a real deterioration in cardiovascular conditioning - very noticeable very suddenly.

    Measure the joint, but don’t go too small otherwise you’ll potentially cut off circulation. Think about how much a muscle will grow in size with heat & blood (ie a pump)

    So after a few months trial and error I came to the conclusion that none of the products were doing anything for me and dropped them all as I ran out (aside from the Nordic oil which I take religiously).
    Within days my Tendinitis has deteriorated and I was getting issues in my shoulders and knees.   Clearly the anti inflammatories had been doing a job that I only noticed when I stopped taking them.
    Got straight back onto the Boswellia (Supplement Needs) and picked up some JP Cure Coming.  Within days I was feeling a lot better - clearly not going to ‘cure’ anything without rest but doing a better job than I realised of managing the discomfort.
    Looks like I’ll be sticking with the Cure Coming and Boswellia for the foreseeable.

    Decided to go with...
    Strom Joint Max (4 caps per day)
    Supp Needs Boswellia (2 caps, 900mg)
    Nordic Fish Oils (15ml per day)
    Will give it a month and report back.

    I'm going to sound harsh, but I think a reality check is due here.
    Tbh if it was my 4th cycle and I was 180lbs in your condition I'd be a little disappointed. 
    Training or diet is off. 
    To get 'lean/shredz' you're going to need to lose a lot more than 8-15lbs. 
    Before you add more peds, I'd suggest re-evaluating your diet and training. 500mg of test only is more than enough for you to diet on.

    I’m no expert with bloods but that seems a little on the low side? Then again it’s 36 hours post which might impact it. Have you ran similar doses of UGL test to see where that puts you at in the range when using 125mg mate?

    Yoghurt wise try Skyr.  A 450mg pot has almost 50g protein.  I like the vanilla and also the plain mixed with your favourite protein powder.

    Tom Kerridge’s book ‘Lose Weight & Get Fit’ has some decent ideas in it for family friendly meals with decent macros (it also breaks down the macro content).

    Been on the Cure Coming and Boswellia for a few days and having a noticeable effect.  Looks like I’ll be taking the anti inflammatory supps for the forseeable.

    What else was happening in your life eg stress/pressure/long hours at work, personal relationships, financial issues, recent bereavement Etc. Don’t expect you to say exactly what, just to think about external factors.
    Will probably help if we know what type of gear you were using as well as intensity/level of types of training you do. 
    Did you have bloods done? Also, something I notice with my self (now I’m older) is that training heavy and constantly requires a lot more rest/deload than I used to. I get down, tired, lacking in motivation/energy/desire if I don’t take regular time out. 
     
    I certainly don’t believe ‘taking something’ is the answer. The whole picture needs looking at, first, to decide what needs addressing.

    Running that exact cycle at the mo and just hit week 8 and added in anadrol for 4 weeks ,  love to add an oral as a boost mid cycle 
    I’m sure you would be fine running anadrol and superdrol together but I would just keep a close eye on BP and run sufficient health sups to try and help with any potential sides from running them side by side

    You have added 20lbs of weight in 12 weeks
    You have added 30kg to your bench and not just your 1rm
    Same as deadlift
    Results seem pretty decent to me.
