    Hi, i have meniers disease and I'm not allowed to do full squats, I'm wondering if i can do quarter squats every day or every other day, I want to build up my leg strength for running..... Advice would be welcome....

    Hi, i am getting back to training my legs after a 6 months lay off due to a knee injury, i have meniers disease which means I'm not allowed to do squats in case i have a dizzy spell, leg presses, extensions and calf raises are all fine to do... I'm after a workout to build up my leg muscles, i go away in 6 months and will give it all I've got..... Thanks in advance Alan..... I'm 62 yrs old...
