  1. Kicking up dumbbells

    Cleaning dumbbells whilst standing up, to do shoulder press, is how I tore my rotator cuff. I never do it now.
  2. Pinning delts...

    I only use 27g slins now. But now I'm getting scar tissue in my delts so it's getting more difficult.
  3. Vitamin B12 shots

    I've been using B12 injections, on and off, for years. I always use vet B12 and never had a problem with it. I feel better on it with more energy and less tiredness. My appetite increases too.

  5. A normal health young man produces approx 40mg of testosterone per week. You're taking too much for TRT and could be the cause of your problems.
