    If you like mate, that's the normal bro science ratio but don't obsess.
    0.8g per lb of lean body mass is deemed the minimal to prevent muscle loss in a deficit.
    So at 1g per lb of overall body weight, you're well within it mate

    I feel like you're over complicating it. If you are doing a push pull legs split then it would make sense to train with pull as the muscle will be used in rowing exercises but if you trained it on a push day I doubt it would matter much.

    Yeah bank would only give me 60k morgage and 3% fixed over 2 years, if now got a 90k morgage, 1.8% fixed over 5 years

    Deffo... mine got me a extra 30k amount and saved me 1.2% over 5 years, also get £500 cashback with the morgage do that paid his fees ???

    15min Incline walk after each session is what I do but I train 1 on 1 off.. I dont do cardio days, I will if I need to drop calories really low or weightless stalls

    You can just run an oral to test the waters but injections are not to be feared.
    What will change next time? When will you be ready? Im not advocating injectable use by any means just don't over rely on orals.
    Im sure anavar or winnie can help, pick one so you know how you react. Thats what im doing right now, using winnie and next time im gonna run var and compare which one i like more

    Ran it a few cycles in during a cut. 50mg of each, however I was on 250mg test at the time also. 
    Felt great, look great, especially when I was 4 weeks in and getting drier and leaner. Good combo.

    Yeah you want to keep your protein intake at a gram per pound or 1.5g per pound as your cutting it's important to get your protein in every meal as this also deals with keeping hunger at bay and it's more important to get your protein in on a cut than a bulk as most of your calories will come from other sources on a bulk , but with a cut your restricted and protein intake is important to maintain muscle mass. Remember to train just as hard on your cut as your trying to hold onto your muscle and giving it a reason to stay there, dont drop the weight load keep at it until you cant.

    Been back at the gym now for 2 months and enjoying it more now than I ever have.
    Starting to see changes, feel so much better for it physically and mentally.. only regret is that it took me 5 years to get back!

    Bench press 65kg x 8, 70kg x 8, 70kg x 7
    Seat shoulder press 20kg x 8 x 3
    In line d.b press 20kg x 8, 22.5kg x 8, 22.5kg x 6
    Side raises 10kg x 8 x 3 (struggled)
    Tricep pushdown 55kg x 8 x 3
    Tricep rope 15kg x 8 x 3
     
    20min incline walk
     
    I had to skip leg day to pulling both asscheek muscle playing airsoft, couldn't walk for 20 minutes and I was in agony!
    Sunday imhoping I'll be able to hit legs again.

    Well leave for holiday tomoz for a week and then start a new job so hoping I can stick to training  and eating clean.
    I said I wanted to cut untill my holiday, iv dropped just over 8lbs.
    Plan now is to clean bulk and work on some shape and size, the cuts helped me get rid of the junk habits and I'm at a stage now where I'm no longer craving it
    Can't wait to get back into it next week with more cals ????

    Incline db press 18kg x 7, and 18kg x 7, 18kg x 6
    Side raises 6kg x 12 x 3
    Triceps Press 45kg x 8 x 3
    Triceps rope arms had nothing left :s
     
    Shapes coming back slowly and seeing that has gave me a wee boost because I was starting to get a bit deflated mental.
